"Mail documents quickly and easily with Docusend"

What do you like best about DocuSend?

I work in the apartment industry, and using Docusend to mail certified mail and sensitive information has never been easier. It saves me a trip to the post office, and I am assured that my documents are delivered. Also great for sending balance notices/invoices to past residents! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuSend?

Honestly, I cant think of anything I dislike! Very easy to use, affordable, and there is even a free trial! If I were to give any advice, however, it would be to increase marketing/awareness of Docusend. I am the only one in my company who uses this service, and this is only because I happened to stumble upon it when looking for certified postage online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DocuSend:

Docusend is great for anyone who is a landlord or in real estate/multifamily. A lot of sensitive documents need to be sent in this industry, including 3-Day notices, past due balances, etc. It is very time consuming to have to go to the post office for all of these needs- so Docusend saves a ton of time! What problems is DocuSend solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Docusend in the apartment industry. I am always sending out correspondence to current and past residents. A lot of the information I send is sensitive, or needs to be sent certified to guarantee the individual received it. Before Docusend, I needed to go to the post office, or order certified mail slips online. A lot of my letters would sit on my desk for days/weeks until I was able to get postage or certified mail slips. Now, with Docusend, it is so much easier to mail out regular documents, certified mail, and track delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocuSend?

Secure and on demand, available 24/24 7/7;Easy to use in the context of big companies.Plus you dont need any added equipment. The pay as you go service allows you to be efficient with the right cost.If I remember its around 0.80 usd per mail It can be used with any accounting, billing, invoicing or CRM software, on a standalone level or API integration level. Many of our customers use for example, QuickBooks for their accounting software.The amazing free trial allow you to give it a try so do not hesitate. What do you dislike about DocuSend?

Not suitable for a huge company as where I was, they stopped to use it because of the lack of interest in the long term.

I dont like the design and the content strategy that I find too old school for daily use, they need to make it more friendly.The website visual is not adapted.I don't know that much about how safe it but I was using it to certify sensitive documents between us and our partners/resellers. What problems is DocuSend solving and how is that benefiting you?

I receive access to a proprietary portal that provides a six-month record of every file uploaded to the mailroom. It's really good as I always forget things but the fact that its record is amazing: you can reprint any document in case of a problem to prove things. You save time and it worth it.

"Keep track of everything"

What do you like best about DocuSend?

Going from organizing physical documents to online documents that I can safely store and organize better has been a huge relief. The communication is stronger and we can keep everything digital while still able to keep on track with the clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the review, but I think you're confusing DocuSend with a different service. DocuSend is a cloud-based mailroom for printing and mailing your PDF files of invoices, billing statements and letters. We are a pay as you go service, so there are no monthly or annual fees. You just pay when you use our service.

Hi Jemaica for the review, but I think you might be confusing DocuSend with DocuSign. DocuSend is a cloud-based mail room and we print and mail invoices, billing statements and letters for our customers. Customers simply upload their PDF file and we print and mail it for them the next business day.
