DocuMesh Reviews & Product Details

DocuMesh is a retail document OCR platform built specifically for US retail businesses using QuickBooks. Unlike generic document extraction tools, DocuMesh is trained on 40+ specific US retail formats including Walmart, Target, Amazon, Sysco, Grainger, Staples, Home Depot, and Nordstrom. It extracts retail-specific fields that generic tools miss — UPC codes, ASINs, ship windows, promotional allowances, case packs, decoration methods, and PMS colors. DocuMesh is the only modern OCR tool that supports both QuickBooks Desktop IIF export and QuickBooks Online direct push. Millions of US small businesses still use QuickBooks Desktop and have no automation options — DocuMesh serves them. DocuMesh also reads handwritten purchase orders and invoices using a fine-tuned TrOCR pipeline — a capability no competitor offers reliably. This is critical for food service and small retail where paper POs remain common. Privacy first by design. Uploaded PDFs are deleted immediately after extraction. No OpenAI, Google Vision, or AWS Textract in the pipeline. AES-256 encryption, optional MFA, and a tamper-evident audit log included on every plan. Key features: - One-click push to QuickBooks Online as Bills - QuickBooks Desktop IIF export - Xero, NetSuite, and Sage Intacct integration - Batch processing up to 100 PDFs - Email pipeline for vendor invoices - Duplicate detection - REST API on every plan - Handwritten document support Pricing: Free plan includes 25 documents per month with no credit card required. Pro is $100 per month for unlimited documents.
