DocuMesh is a retail document OCR platform built specifically for US retail businesses using QuickBooks. Unlike generic document extraction tools, DocuMesh is trained on 40+ specific US retail formats including Walmart, Target, Amazon, Sysco, Grainger, Staples, Home Depot, and Nordstrom. It extracts retail-specific fields that generic tools miss — UPC codes, ASINs, ship windows, promotional allowances, case packs, decoration methods, and PMS colors. DocuMesh is the only modern OCR tool that supports both QuickBooks Desktop IIF export and QuickBooks Online direct push. Millions of US small businesses still use QuickBooks Desktop and have no automation options — DocuMesh serves them. DocuMesh also reads handwritten purchase orders and invoices using a fine-tuned TrOCR pipeline — a capability no competitor offers reliably.
