There are many AI extraction models out there. Where Docusmo has set themselves apart is through the support. Onboarding is thorough, professional, and most importantly for myself - flexible. My unpredictable schedule has unnecessarily prolonged my onboarding experience, but the Docsumo team has remained patient and professional.

I like the simplicity of accepting and review. When reviewing is needed, its very east to map and select the correct feild. Its intuitive, and smart in its desicion processing. I also like the ability to expand with different Documents types and they have been able to enhance, and adapt to everything weve thrown at them. Customer service is also realy great. What I would say is something that can be improved, is the ablility to go up and down on the table when reviewing with up and down arrows on the keyboard.
