It can scan documents with different layouts and fonts. Docsumo has a very easy-to-use interface for non-tech-savvy users also. **What do you dislike about Docsumo?** I faced some minor glitches while uploading the documents when I tried to upload multiple documents simultaneously. The customer success team gives the solution in a bit inefficient way, It does not provide a direct connection to SQL or mongo databases. **What problems is Docsumo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Extracting the data from multiple documents and getting the response in a structured way. Accuracy in data extraction might get missed if data has to be extracted manually. Capturing the data from image documents also which is not feasible in any other software. ### 2. However, the Docsumo team has resolved the technical issues in our use case, so reviewing is practically obsolete. **What problems is Docsumo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Docusumo has dramatically taken a largely manual process and automated it. It has also given us data validation in a fraction of the time and data consistency. We are now able to perform data analytics on data samples that were previously very cumbersome. ### 10. I have used Kofax, EMC Captiva and other "traditional" OCR platforms in the past. Docsumo takes that to a whole new level and should not even be compared to the traditional players in the industry. **What do you dislike about Docsumo?** We have used Docsumo for many years and in the beginning there were many things to improve. For the latest version of the SaaS service, I cannot find faults they have really closed the gap, and exceeded their competition. **What problems is Docsumo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Docsumo helps to capture data for PDF and image documents better than any other platform I am aware of. This significantly have reduced the need for human validation and as their learning dataset improves, so does the service and the data capture capability. ### 15.
