We can use theams for documents and it also provide templates it can be used for writing resumes in good formate. The best feature is we can import and export the docs in different formats **What do you dislike about DocSpace?** Some time I feel defficult like application suddenly stops working for few seconds like some lagg issues and other is wen comes to price it is little more then we expected **Recommendations to others considering DocSpace:** I will definitely recommend other to use this application for document editing and formating best for document maintaining. **What problems is DocSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can easily edit documents and format the text in documents, easily important and export the documents in different formats. The functionality is perfect. Product works flawlessly and will not disappoint. It has all the necessary functions to register, edit and manage documents. Whatever the format and the origin of the document. The onboarding is also pretty smooth. They are available on all channels for support and also conduct webinars regularly if one wants to understand more about it. While I don't like their approach of having a free version for small scale, the availability of 30 days free trial makes it pretty easy to make a decision regarding the usage. **What do you dislike about DocSpace?** No free plans. Either pay or don't use the application. Should be free for very basic work. Also, the app does not work on all devices. The deployment is poor. I can't access them on web and Macbooks or Windows machine. That is kind of a bummer. The Solo version doesn't allow custom forms and the ability of importing contacts. Should be made available for all irrespective of the kind of money spent. **Recommendations to others considering DocSpace:** Go for it if you use a lot of forms for compliance and if they are being shared across multiple teams in your organizations. It will definitely increase productivity and help keep them all at once place. I also took support from their team initially while planning to use it and the support provided by the team was top class. I might have asked silly questions and they were kind enough to answer all of them, some even multiple times. That makes me feel valued as a customer which is a big plus. **What problems is DocSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminating time-consuming paper work with this. The accessibility of forms any time any where is a big plus. Saves us from the hassle of repeating the entire thing. Another thing that works in their favour is the ability of keeping the form offine when data is an issue. ### 11.
