DocsCloud helps you automate the various aspects of your routine documentation activities. The platform allows you to create & embed web forms, generate filled documents by mapping them with the forms or integrating them with the API/Plugins, perform end-to-end creation and management of digital signatures, perform the data extraction from documents and allow you to host your documents for easy access. DocsCloud covers wing to wing digitization of documents that are involved at various stages of the business cycle. The most significant advantage is that the users get all these capabilities under a platform. I'm not a techie person, but I found it very easy to start building new documents for my business. Such as sign-up forms, order forms, learner application forms for my professional students, and PDF files for digital sales distribution! Just what I needed. There is still so much more to explore, and DocsCloud is definitely going to be my 'go-to' place for all my documentation and course materials in the future, especially when my course curriculum and students grow! **What do you dislike about DocsCloud?** I've not found anything I do not like at present; maybe with even more use cases, I will find something. At the moment, it is easy to use both their editable form templates, plus you are able to develop your own documents from scratch or upload an existing one and edit it to suit your current needs. **What problems is DocsCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love the templates in their library - it gives you ideas for building your documents, which you can use, edit or delete, as you wish! I have developed documents that I had not even thought I needed until I saw the selection in the library of templates! A great piece of software - that's not controlled by Google!!! ### 5. I think all documents need to come to an end here at Docscloud. **What do you dislike about DocsCloud?** Templates are not that helpful. it could have been better. Interface is not that friendly. As you get familiar with the interface, Things get better. setup takes time. **Recommendations to others considering DocsCloud:** It's a must for all, who are in some way or other into documentation. **What problems is DocsCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** All my and my client's paperwork is on docsCloud. Life is much easier with docsCloud. Now I am no more afraid of documentation and much more sorted when it comes to documentation. ### 6. The Form Builder is extremely handy for massive document generations. - DocsCloud also has a DocSignature Module - where I can sign and collect signatures easily on the docs - The DocExtractor module gives you the power for extracting info from scanned documents like invoices. It really has great superpower! - DocPublisher allows you to publish PDF and documents to website, like embedded view. And this is one of the best PDF embedded tool, I have to say. **What do you dislike about DocsCloud?** Nothing particularly that I dislike about DocsCloud. The team is continuing to add functions into it, and I receive frequent notification about their beta feature. So I am quite happy with this pace of development, though sometimes the new features may require new subscription (like Extractor, but understandable because they incur significant costs). **What problems is DocsCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocsCloud is an all in one solution for storing, generating (massively), processing, extracting, publishing, signing my documents (mainly PDF) in the cloud. Certainly I can do locally but DocsCloud make all the features so appealing to do all of those "in the cloud". All in all, my experiences with DocsCloud are convenient, and constantly & continuously (though not very fast) improved. I like this solid solution & experiences. ### 8. It makes my life 1000X times. Instead of making thousands of cut and paste edits to a document, I simply create the form. Create the template. Sync the variables and voila! I can have the pdf and .docx versions of the document. As a company that uses a ton of document processing software, this makes my life infinitely easier. I also like that documents can go from template, to signing. Now that they are adding the workflow module I am excited to see how much more efficient my document processing systems will become. **What do you dislike about DocsCloud?** The system was a little buggy at first, but their support is aggressive and tenacious. They work until they get a resolution to the issue which I love. **What problems is DocsCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves our document automation problem. I love being able to send a simple questionnaire document to a client and have them answer some simple questions and then automatically have a document generated and sent for signatures.
