"Seamless SharePoint Integration with Targeted Document Distribution"
5/5
What do you like best about DocRead?

I really like that DocRead works directly inside SharePoint, which means we don't have to move documents to another system or train staff on a new platform. The targeted assignments feature is very useful for sending documents like drilling procedures only to specific field teams, keeping tracking accurate and helping us focus on target assignments rather than unnecessary work. It also provides us with a clear record of who read each safety or policy update, making audits easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocRead?

The reporting screens could be more modern and allow faster filtering, especially when checking large numbers of employees across different project locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocRead Review"
5/5
What do you like best about DocRead?

The most critical feature for us is the clear, immutable record of policy acknowledgement. As the individual responsible for regulatory compliance and audit readiness, having definitive proof of who has read what and when significantly simplifies the burden of evidence collection. We also greatly appreciated the automated reminder, they eliminate a tedious administrative task, allowing our team to focus on clinical and core compliance work rather than manual follow-up. What do you dislike about DocRead?

My primary major plan point is with the reporting workflow. While the information is accessible and accurate, getting to the specific compliance reports I need sometimes requires a few extra clicks. I wish the reporting interface were a bit quicker or offered easier customization options. This isn't a show stopper, but during the rush of audit preparation. every second counts. I like that it gives me a clear record of who has read what. As someone in charge of making sure policies are followed, having that kind of proof makes my job a lot easier. We also like the automatic reminders as it takes one more thing off our plate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocRead?

Sometimes it takes a few extra clicks to get to the reports I need. It works fine, but I wish the reporting was a bit quicker or easier to customize. Not a big issue, but when you’re in a rush during audit prep, every second counts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Easy Policy Acknowledgment Tracking"
3.5/5
What do you like best about DocRead?

DocRead helped us manage and track policy acknowledgments inside SharePoint without hassle. It’s reliable, easy to use, and keeps us compliant — especially useful during audits. Highly recommend it if you're handling sensitive internal documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocRead?

While DocRead is very effective for managing policy acknowledgments, one area for improvement could be the user interface — it feels a bit dated and could benefit from a more modern, intuitive design. Additionally, some users might find the setup process initially complex, especially if they’re new to SharePoint integration. However, once set up, it runs smoothly and delivers great value.
