Ease of use and the flexibility of the product. We use this product primarliy to process customer Purchase Orders and turn them into our Sales Orders. We do this vie webhook integrations. Structuring the JSON data can be somewhat complicated if the user does not have a strong background with JSON. There is also a lack of AI, OCR functionality.
