Users can easily navigate to the placeholders and upload the document. A comprehensive approval process for the placeholder is available. Allow storage of all formats **What do you dislike about DocManager?** Apart from initial expenditures, one major drawback of docmanager is the short lifespan of both hardware and software. Hardware may need to be replaced in as little as 18 months, whereas software is updated every 2-3 years. **What problems is DocManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Documents produced by batch operations can be kept until the user downloads them. If the procedure is automated, it can easily replace an online printing system at a low cost because it makes use of previously existing Internet technology. ### 3.
