## Dock Reviews
  ### 1. Effortlessly Engages Prospects, Streamlines Sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon C.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I love how easy it is to use Dock, and I really appreciate the ability to duplicate and share different templates and pages within the team. It's perfect for introducing inbound prospects and new stakeholders to our company's solution, and it serves as a great deal room and technical POC room. Dock helps me qualify inbound prospects quickly, shorten deal cycles, and effectively track engagement. We use Reprise links in our Dock spaces, and the integration with Salesforce allows for easy linking of opportunities to workspaces. I wasn't involved in the initial setup, but I heard it was easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Nothing comes to mind currently. It would be nice to have an easier plugin to company logos if it doesn't already exist in SFDC. It would also be nice to have some kind of reminders or AI to let us know when certain links/content are out of date.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock to qualify inbound prospects quickly, shorten deal cycles, and track engagement. It's also a great way to introduce prospects and stakeholders to our company's solution.

  ### 2. Centralized Client Onboarding with Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy H.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I like the collaborative nature of Dock. I like that clients can tag us, add tasks for us, and self serve as needed. Dock helps to centralize the project that involves multiple stakeholders by acting as a single location instead of emailing requests or posting in Slack. We use Dock to share resources and collect feedback efficiently. I also like the sales handoff page, which our sales team completes before the account moves to post-sales. This feature allows us to be fully aware of everything sales does before the first call. The initial setup of Dock was very easy, and we have a great account rep who helps anyone new on our team.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I am new to using Dock, so as of now, I do not have anything that I dislike!

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock centralizes project management, making it easier for teams to know project status and involve multiple stakeholders. We share resources, collect feedback, and use it for information sharing, avoiding email or Slack. The sales handoff page ensures we know everything before the first call.

  ### 3. Intuitive Collaboration Boost for Our Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave J. | CS Operations Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I like how intuitive Dock is. It's really easy for an individual user to customize a workspace, so it works exactly as needed for the client. We have broad templates that are automated and create workspaces with little to no effort, allowing specific customer instances to be modified without needing to reach out to an administrator. Users can just do customization on the fly.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Sometimes the automations are a little bit tricky to confirm or work the way you want them to. There's some random limitations with what fields you can use and what field types. These aren't major sticking points, and we've been able to work through most of them. However, some of the back-end administrative setup can create a bit of a hang-up. But, by and large, they haven't prevented us from getting great use out of it.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock increases accuracy and communication, ensuring a common understanding between our team and clients. It acts as a shared space for documentation and life cycle plans, improving coordination across solution engineers, customer success managers, and the sales team.

  ### 4. Interactive and Customizable Onboarding Tool with Room for Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kidder S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I like how interactive and customizable Dock is. It really helps keep the onboarding process organized and makes sure both us and the customer stay on track for a successful onboarding. I also appreciate being able to see what the customer has done and what is still left to do. Another thing I enjoy is how Dock makes the onboarding process feel more formal without being intimidating for customers. Plus, I can add resources and edit the dock to give the customer everything they need. The setup was simple and easy too.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I wish it could be more integrated with existing tech stack such as Salesforce. I also find the initial setup of the Dock to be a bit manual.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock keeps the onboarding process organized, making it less intimidating for customers. I like that it's interactive and customizable, allowing me to track customer progress and add resources to ensure successful onboarding.

  ### 5. Revolutionized Our Customer Experience and CS/Sales Alignment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate A. | Customer Success Manager

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I like the ease of use of Dock, especially the simplicity of adding assets, PDFs, videos, images, and links. I also love the ability to tag my customers in comments to highlight recent updates and keep everyone on track using to-do lists that allow me to assign tasks. It's been an amazing resource for aligning the sales and customer success teams, enhancing our knowledge sharing and teamwork. The setup was super easy; it's user-friendly, and the templates were very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I'd like the ability to have auto-updating assets within sections, specifically within templates. That way, whenever I use a template for a new customer, it would update information across all of the section titles and places where I inserted tags, such as [company name] or [champion] and that would automatically match the information I input about the customer. Right now I have to go through and manually update placeholders throughout each template as I re-use them.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock centralizes important information, resources, and tasks in one place, eliminating back-and-forth emails and multiple links. I use it to create a partnership portal for customers, and it improves knowledge sharing between sales and customer success teams.

  ### 6. Seamless Integration and Dynamic Functionality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Logan W. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I really like the ease of use with Dock, including its Salesforce integration, which makes our processes smoother. It's great because Dock allows us to pull information from many sources and maintain an internal library of info. I also haven't had a customer complain about accessing the workspace or any info in Dock, which is a relief. I find that when an opportunity is created in Salesforce, a Dock workspace is automatically set up with default pages, and although there were some hiccups initially, it works well now. Dock provided more functionality than the product we used before, with dynamic pages and multiple workspaces. I wasn't heavily involved in the overall setup, but I was up and running within a week or two, and I could train without needing a live person to guide us through, so it's very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The main issue has been getting the Salesforce integration set, but working now.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock consolidates all the info needed for customer evaluation and setup, integrates with Salesforce and Gong, and maintains an internal library. It's intuitive and supports dynamic pages and multiple workspaces, making the process smooth.

  ### 7. Essential for Client Projects with Flexible Access and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has become a core part of how we manage client projects. We’ve used it for well over a year, and it consistently helps us keep implementations organized and easy for clients to follow. A few have even gone out of their way to comment on how smooth the experience feels.

The flexibility around access settings is a big win. Being able to choose whether a client signs in with a domain match, a specific user list, a password, a magic link, or no authentication at all gives us control over how we onboard different teams.

I’ve also appreciated how responsive Dock has been. Any time we’ve surfaced feedback, they’ve been quick to jump in and make updates. They still move fast, and that’s noticeable in the product.

The Slack integration is another highlight. Getting alerts the moment a client completes a task or interacts with their workspace helps us stay on top of progress without having to constantly check the platform.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

There are still a few rough edges in the interface. For example, comment timestamps aren’t as clear as they could be.

We’ve also run into situations where clients don’t receive email notifications, likely due to filtering, but it still slows things down on their side.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We depend on Dock to ensure that both our team and our clients stay aligned on tasks, responsibilities, and progress. Previously, we managed everything using spreadsheets, which got the job done but didn’t offer much structure or transparency. Dock provides us with a much clearer and more user-friendly system, making it easier for everyone to stay on track.

  ### 8. Keeps Everything Organized and Effortless to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I really like using Dock because it keeps everything in one place, so no one has to dig through old emails to find links or next steps. It makes the whole process feel clearer and more organized, especially with timelines and action items laid out in a simple workspace. Plus, it’s easy for prospects to share with their internal teams, which helps keep momentum moving in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I don’t really have a true dislike about Dock, but if I had to pick something, it would be that I forget to use it because it’s different from my normal routine. Once I actually set it up, though, it’s so simple and organized that I end up wondering why I didn’t start sooner. So it’s less of a Dock issue and more of a “me getting out of my habits” thing.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock solves the problem of scattered information by giving prospects one clean space to find everything—videos, documents, next steps, timelines, all in one spot. It keeps the process organized and removes the back-and-forth that usually slows things down. For me, that means smoother conversations, faster follow-through from prospects, and a more professional experience that builds trust early in the relationship.

  ### 9. Effortless Proposal Creation with Dock

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew S. | A, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I like how easy it is. I'm not an experienced web developer, but I've been able to use Dock very easily. I like how you can create templates and really templatize your proposals so that you're not having to recreate the wheel every single time. I like the way that you can interact with your customers if there are some deliverables on their end. And I really like just how much it's helping our prospects go and sell our solution to their other stakeholders in the company. It also allows us to share a ton of resources without creating too many attachments, and provides a much more aesthetically pleasing experience compared to using something like Dropbox. It's very useful to create a very polished proposal, as opposed to just an email or a PDF-based proposal. The initial setup was very easy; it reminded me of setting up an old blogger or WordPress site and was pretty darn straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

It offers a lot of different integrations, but those integrations don't always look the best. For example, if you embed a PDF, it's gonna give you a preview of the PDF, but then you have to title the section where the PDF is. And then you have to title the section where the section of PDF embedding is. So sometimes it can kind of look a little redundant. And some of that may just be on my end with user error.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock lets me share a lot of resources without heavy attachments, creating a more aesthetically pleasing experience than Dropbox. It's highly customizable with videos and HTML inserts, enabling polished proposals beyond simple emails or PDFs.

  ### 10. Essential Tool for Complex Sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I love using Dock as a senior sales rep working with complex deals, as it has become an essential part of my sales process. The digital sales room (DSR) feature is great because it's a clean, branded workspace and not just endless email threads. The mutual action plans (MAP) are collaborative rather than static spreadsheets, making it easier to work with my teams. The engagement analytics (EA) are really helpful as they show who is engaged, what they are reading, and when internal buying conversations are happening. The templates and engagement analytics further simplify my sales process, allowing me to run complex, high ACV deals with clarity and control.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

The initial setup of templates can be quite a task, even though Dock is a powerful tool with a short learning curve. I would love to see analytics get deeper in the future. Setup could have more of a 'Do your first Dock' or have enablement assign Dock to use as templates from day one. Analytics could be more granular around content performance across the full pipeline.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock clarifies and controls complex deals, enables internal champion support, prioritizes based on engagement, and standardizes processes. The digital sales room and mutual action plans prevent email clutter, and engagement analytics highlight buyer interactions.

  ### 11. Facilitates Faster Deals with Smooth HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilan P.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I think Dock is very easy to use, which is a huge plus as it simplifies the entire process for me. The service delivers on its promises, effectively performing the tasks it is supposed to without any hassle, which instills confidence in using it. I particularly like the integration with HubSpot because it enables me to track data seamlessly within the HubSpot platform, allowing me to see all my sales deals in one unified space. This integration is invaluable as it allows us to monitor which schools have been interacting with our documents, making it easier for my team to rely on HubSpot as a single source of truth.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I find the design tools in Dock to be lacking, as they are not intuitive enough to create a visually appealing system. Additionally, there seems to be a need for more training on how to effectively use AI and get started with the platform. The initial setup process was a bit challenging for me as well, requiring a couple of hours to learn the interface.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Dock helps close deals faster by allowing champions to share information with decision makers, ensuring smoother communication and decision-making. Its integration with HubSpot consolidates sales data, making it easier for my team to rely on HubSpot as a source of truth.

  ### 12. Dock - Must have for CSM's

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I love Dock because it gives me a clean, client-facing workspace where all onboarding tasks, resources, and communications live in one place. As a CSM, it saves me hours by making onboarding repeatable and consistent through templates, and the engagement analytics help me proactively spot who’s engaged and who needs support. It makes my customer experience look polished, organized, and professional every time.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

For those just starting out, there is a noticeable learning curve. It takes some time to set up templates and workflows before Dock begins to truly save you effort.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock solves the chaos of scattered onboarding resources, inconsistent processes, and hard-to-track customer engagement. Instead of juggling emails, spreadsheets, and shared folders, I can manage every step of the customer journey in one structured, repeatable workspace. This saves me time, eliminates confusion for customers, ensures a consistent high-quality experience, and gives me clear visibility into engagement so I can be more proactive and strategic in my support.

  ### 13. Great team over at Dock, good tool to enhance collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle R. | Director, Product Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

The team at Dock has been incredibly helpful and responsive, especially as we began using the tool. The level of support provided by them is commendable, especially as I've never encountered a tool like this before. They have been instrumental in sharing best practices and recommendations that assist us when managing and designing our deal rooms. I find the process of setting up templates easy to do as a marketer, despite an initial learning curve with the UI. Over time, configuring these templates has become straightforward, enabling me to easily pull in content from the library and integrate it seamlessly with our brand's look and feel.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Sometimes the UI in Dock feels both simple and difficult to use -- all at the same time. The organization of how to find different features or navigate through different workflows within Dock could be improved. The UX might benefit from better structure or intuitive navigation to enhance the overall user experience.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock to centralize communication and collaboration with clients, reducing the need for excessive emails, which makes it easier for buyers to work with us, champion our offering, and make swifter buying decisions.

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I like how easy Dock is to use, making it simple to set up, edit, and send templates to clients, which helps streamline my workflow significantly. The platform serves as a comprehensive information hub for my software company, allowing us to share video tutorials, pricing, cybersecurity information, and case studies effortlessly. Dock simplifies this process by saving me time in gathering product information, enhancing client engagement tracking, and integrating with tools like HubSpot effectively. The ease of setup and the ability to consolidate various forms of media into one space further enhance Dock's functionality and utility.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I think it would be nice if there was a different way to create images or graphics in Dock that I didn't have to create on my own. A better way to generate images would be wonderful.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock to streamline sharing product information, saving me time with templates and improving client engagement insights. This centralizes everything, making sharing quicker and enhancing follow-up efficiency.

The organization Dock enables by keeping all interactions and follow-ups centralized in one place is invaluable, allowing for branded customization to align with my company's identity. I appreciate how Dock assists in organizing everyone around key business objectives, ensuring that our business has the most significant impact. It is invaluable in empowering our champions, enabling them to defend decisions and expenditures even in situations where we're not present. Dock's ability to create standardized templates that effectively showcase customer stories and product demos is instrumental in educating stakeholders who might not be directly engaged in meetings with us. The leverage of Dock's AI features to author business cases and mutual action plans is impressive, helping us to bring in deals and support our internal champions adequately.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

This isn't unique to Dock, but it can be challenging to keep everything up to date. Need to be intentional about that.

I use Dock to navigate complex sales cycles, building consensus across multiple stakeholders, and organizing standardized templates and customer stories. It empowers champions to advocate internally, leveraging AI for business cases, and supports seamless deal organization and execution.

  ### 19. Effortless Compilation, Slight Navigation Hurdles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronika Rai S. | Enterprise Account Management

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I love how Dock makes it incredibly easy to compile all sales collateral in one spot. This convenience is coupled with the ability to track customers' interest through views, which is valuable for gauging engagement and progressing sales deals. It's essentially a one-stop shop for accessing templates tailored for customers, which significantly aids in pushing deals forward. Additionally, I find the setup process to be very straightforward, especially with the seamless sign-in through single sign-on (SSO). Dock has proven to be a really efficient tool for managing and tracking customer-facing materials, and I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I find the navigation between pages to be time-consuming. The back button takes me to the new home page instead of where I left off, which disrupts my workflow and makes it difficult to navigate efficiently.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock to compile sales collateral in one spot, track customer interest through views, and enhance deal closure with easy access to templates.

  ### 20. Streamlines Enterprise Document Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John D. | Enterprise Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I love using Dock because it's incredibly easy to use, which simplifies my workflow significantly. The platform enhances the presentation of documents, making them look really great, which is visually appealing and professional. I also appreciate the insightful analytics that Dock provides, as it gives me detailed insights into user activity, such as who is viewing the documents and how often they are accessed. This level of insight ensures that I can keep projects on track and make sure that all relevant stakeholders are actively involved as needed. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, allowing me to get started without any hassle. Overall, Dock feels like a very well-rounded platform that effectively supports my work with enterprise clients.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I think there should be some incentives, some way to incentivize people to view documents more frequently. Sometimes, people don't view documents very often, and I wish there was a way to notice or prompt that.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock to organize documents in a single place for stakeholders, making it easy for everyone involved in the deal to access what they need, ensuring smooth project progression.

  ### 21. Great product, Simple to use, Effective for Sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad T.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I truly appreciate Dock for its simplicity and ease of use, which made it easy for my team to adopt without any hassles. We all have a need for it, so it wasn't hard to convince the team to get on board. The initial setup was a breeze, especially because we are a smaller team, and implementing it didn't pose any issues. I love how Dock effectively solves the issue of having multiple documents scattered across platforms like Slack and Gmail by consolidating them into one easily accessible location. This feature alone significantly streamlines our content management processes. For sales deal rooms, Dock has remarkably addressed our content and Mutual Action Plan organization needs, making them more efficient and well-coordinated. I also enjoy working with the Dock team, who have been exceptionally helpful and easy to collaborate with, adding a great personal touch to the overall experience.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I wish there was a really simple way to handle deal handoffs within Dock. Post-Sales has to spin up their own onboarding flow where it'd be nice if in one workflow I could introduce the Post-Sales rep to collaborate on top of all the notes/info that I collected.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock to consolidate documents from various platforms like Slack and Gmail into one accessible place, simplifying content and Mutual Action Plan organization for sales deal rooms.

  ### 22. Decent User Experience, Falls Short in Configuration and Trial Length

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas O.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I appreciate the great UX/UI experience that Dock offers from an end-user perspective. The interface appears clean and efficient for presenting a lot of information, which I find beneficial. I particularly like the ability to set timed deliverables, which adds value in coordinating and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. The customization aspect is another positive feature, allowing for adaptations to meet specific needs and preferences effectively.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I found the trial period to be too short at only 5 days, which was insufficient to fully explore and validate the usage we envisioned. A longer trial period, such as 2-4 weeks, would be more beneficial to thoroughly understand its capabilities. Additionally, I experienced challenges with the setup, particularly with the API guide, which I found to be not informative and unclear, making the initial integration less smooth than anticipated. Also, the ability to test and configure custom object integration with Salesforce was problematic, limiting its functionality for our specific needs.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock would have streamlined communication and facilitated timely deliverables between our team and clients, while offering a great UX/UI experience and customization options.

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I really appreciate the template feature in Dock, which makes creating Dock workspaces quick and painless. It significantly reduces setup time, allowing me to focus more on managing deals rather than on administrative setup tasks. I also value the feature providing mutual access to all documentation, as it ensures equal visibility and participation for all parties involved. This shared access is critical for keeping everyone aligned and facilitates smoother collaboration and communication. These features collectively enhance high-level organization and deal progression management, making Dock a valuable tool for digital salesroom and deal management.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I'm not sure if secondary parties are as equipped to navigate Dock. For them, it's clunky. Potentially, the login experience could be improved. It should be as easy as clicking a unique identifier link.

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I really like that Dock is fully customizable to align with our brand and how we want the experience to run. I frequently use the pre-made templates and then tweak them to build out our ideal customer onboarding experience. Sharing has also been easy. I appreciate the security features, such as the ability to verify users through methods like email and multi-factor authentication (MFA), which ensures controlled access. I also value the platform's flexibility, allowing me to make the tool function for my specific needs without being too restricted in terms of capabilities. Overall, Dock's ease of customization and security protocols are highly beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I've encountered issues with adding users, assigning roles, and differentiating between internal and external users. Additionally, it's unclear if the publish feature sends email notifications, which can create confusion. I also find the integrations lacking; for instance, having a Jira or Pylon-supported integration would enhance the utility of Dock, allowing better support for customer tickets and troubleshooting. Lastly, it would be beneficial if Dock could integrate directly into our native product, enabling customers to toggle between products and the onboarding portal more efficiently.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock as a centralized Wiki for onboarding, improving document management and customer visibility, and providing valuable insights into engagement execution.

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has quickly become one of the most valuable tools in my sales workflow. The platform makes it incredibly easy to build organized, interactive buyer hubs that keep prospects engaged and aligned throughout the process. I love how intuitive it is, from sharing mutual action plans to centralizing documents, timelines, and next steps in one place. It reduces friction, shortens sales cycles, and gives prospects a clear sense of progress. For anyone in sales looking to elevate their buyer experience and operate more transparently, Dock is an absolute game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

While Dock is an incredibly powerful tool, the only challenge I’ve experienced is a slight learning curve in the beginning. Because there are so many customizable features, it takes a little time to understand how to structure workspaces in the most effective way. That said, once you get past the initial setup, the platform becomes intuitive and smooth to use. A bit more guided onboarding or templates tailored to different sales motions would make the experience even stronger.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By giving prospects a clear, visual hub with timelines, next steps, documents, and action plans, it keeps both sides aligned and moving forward. It also creates a more professional, transparent buying experience, which builds trust and shortens sales cycles. Overall, Dock helps me stay organized, improves prospect engagement, and makes deals progress more smoothly and predictably.

Overall, these aspects make my experience with Dock highly satisfactory and valuable in my work.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I don't like some of the editing formats. Some parts don't feel intuitive. Also, it is difficult to add contacts above or replace an empty contact space with an existing one, as it always adds it below.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock to create onboarding checklists for clients, ensuring processes are clear and easy to follow. The templates save me significant time, especially with multiple weekly clients.

  ### 37. Effortlessly Customizable Client Dashboards

  ### 38. Unifies Communication and Boosts Customer Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock solves two major problems for us, consistency and clarity. On the prospecting side, it gives our team a single, organized place to share everything a buyer needs: case studies, analysis outputs, contracts, timelines, next steps. Instead of sending scattered emails and attachments, we deliver a unified experience that keeps prospects engaged and moving forward.

For customer retainment, Dock helps us maintain a structured, always-up-to-date home for each account. Our customers know exactly where to go for reporting, product updates, and ongoing materials. It reduces friction, improves communication, and ultimately strengthens long-term relationships.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

There isn’t much to “dislike,” but there are a few areas where Dock could continue to evolve. Some advanced customizations require a bit more manual work than expected, and occasionally we want even more flexibility in layout or branding. Those are minor compared to the value it delivers, but they’re the areas where additional enhancements would make an already strong product even better.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock is solving the challenge of organizing and delivering information in a way that’s consistent, clear, and easy for buyers to engage with. Before Dock, prospects were navigating scattered emails, links, and attachments. Now, everything lives in one structured, branded space — case studies, analysis outputs, next steps, timelines, contracts, and onboarding materials.

This benefits us by creating a smoother, more predictable buyer journey, reducing friction, and helping prospects share internally with zero confusion. For existing customers, Dock acts as a centralized hub that strengthens communication, improves transparency, and ultimately supports higher retention.

  ### 39. Empowers Customer Experience with Streamlined Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I find Dock very easy to use, which is critical for a collaborative workspace tool. The support center is extremely helpful whenever I have questions, ensuring I always receive the assistance I need promptly. I am particularly impressed with how professional Dock looks compared to other collaborative workspaces, which makes a significant difference when dealing with clients. Additionally, I really appreciate the ability to personalize each customer's workspace by incorporating logos, creating a unique and tailored experience for them. Dock also provides checklists and action items that help keep both the customer and myself on task during their journey with us, ensuring nothing is overlooked. This feature is incredibly helpful as it provides resources for each step in our rollout or launch plans and sends me reminders to follow up on action items, maintaining consistency and keeping the customers updated on progress.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I am frustrated by the limitation of not being able to turn on a page across all active workspaces in Dock. This feature is necessary for efficiently sharing new releases and communications with my customers through their familiar channel in the success hub. Currently, I have to use a third tool to send out mass emails to keep our clients informed about new updates. This limitation becomes particularly challenging during busy periods like back-to-school time when I need to manage over 300 workspaces, making it impossible to meet with every customer and configure each workspace individually. Additionally, I find the lack of a customizable onboarding experience frustrating. As a small startup using the lowest tier, there's no dedicated customer success person, leading to a steeper learning curve and wasted hours due to initial setup errors. Although Dock offers helpful support, it often takes about a day to get responses, disrupting my planned work schedule. I would prefer an a la carte onboarding option which we would gladly pay for to avoid these inefficiencies and ensure a smoother start.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dock as a centralized hub, streamlining our customer onboarding and communication, keeping all client information in one place while facilitating task management and customer updates.

  ### 40. Streamlines Onboarding with Ease and Flexibility

The ability to create large-scale onboarding documentation with various configurations makes it simpler to adjust to each customer's tech stack, fitting their onboarding experience perfectly. Additionally, the Dock implementation team was instrumental in getting us up and running quickly, and they really helped explain how to create the Dock experience, making necessary adjustments as needed.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

I think there could be a little bit more help or documentation within Dock to help you move through the product when you have questions or are trying to figure out how to configure a space.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Dock streamlines our onboarding tasks, enabling our customers to self-serve their implementations and get up and running quickly.

**What do you like best about Dock?**

I appreciate Dock's flexibility and toolset. It has a good content management system that allows me to update content across all rooms simultaneously, ensuring consistency in what prospects and customers see, regardless of when the room was created. I also like the feature of embedding my own content, along with built-in tools for pricing, video, and task lists. Dock enables me to create rooms that feel on-brand for my company, rather than like an add-on. The initial setup was fairly easy, and once set up, it's been easy to manage and update.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

Some of the drag n' drop features while designing the pages are buggy. The ability to change thumbnails on the video content uploaded would be nice to have.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

It's one more platform to keep track of.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The process of providing onboarding documents to customers has become much simpler, as documents shared by clients are now easily accessible to the entire team, no matter which email thread they are on. This is especially important given the many parties involved in configuration and customization. As a result, tasks and important details are less likely to be overlooked. We are able to present ourselves more seamlessly and thoroughly to our clients, and they also benefit by being able to see what their own colleagues are working on when several people are involved on their side.

The timeline feature is also valuable as it helps me meet deadlines by monitoring the current status of each client through the various processes like client involvement, signing contracts, and payments. The initial setup was very easy, which was a great start.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dock is solving several issues related to our sales process such as keeping all contacts involved with a deal fully informed with the process and assets, becoming aware of other contacts that may be involved with the process, being consistent with our messaging, following a process of information release as we move through the sales process, tailoring content based on the prospects needs, and many others.

I find Dock extremely beneficial for sharing marketing collaterals externally to customers. This feature significantly enhances our sales enablement efforts by making it easier to provide customers with the content they need, thereby improving communication and client engagement. I also appreciate the AI enablement search feature, which helps me identify the right content to send to customers based on their requests, industry specifics, and other factors. This functionality saves me time and ensures that the content is always relevant and tailored to each customer's needs. **What do you like best about Dock?**

I find Dock very easy to use, which simplifies my tasks significantly. Its sleek and modern design enhances the customer pages we create, giving them a professional and polished look. The ability to follow up with detailed information and complex topics in a digestible format without being hindered by email spam filters is a real asset for me. Additionally, the responsiveness of Dock's team, particularly through Slack, is commendable; they're always quick to address any queries or provide support. The initial setup of Dock was also super easy, which made the transition to using it smooth and stress-free.

  ### 50. User-Friendly and Customizable Tool for Seamless Customer Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Billy B. | Director of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Dock?**

Dock has been an excellent tool for keeping my customers updated on the progress of their onboarding. It helps avoid lengthy email chains and gives customers the ability to revisit training materials even months after onboarding is finished. What I appreciate most is that Dock is user-friendly and fully customizable, so the majority of my customers can use it without any trouble.

**What do you dislike about Dock?**

At times, syncing and inserting sections can be a bit problematic, often requiring some extra adjustments to get everything looking right. This can end up making the process of putting it together take longer than expected.

**What problems is Dock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining alignment with customers during the onboarding process is essential to making sure everything is completed and set up properly for their "Launch." This approach helps shorten the onboarding timeline and creates a smoother experience for both my onboarding team and the customer.
