Docflow Reviews & Product Details

Docflow Labs builds AI agents that run prior authorization, intake and order entry for DME and HME suppliers and specialty providers. The agents work inside Brightree and payer portals including eviCore, Carelon, CareCentrix, Availity, UnitedHealthcare and state Medicaid portals. They submit the request, write the result back to the order, and follow up until the payer decides, with a screenshot and session trace for every action. HIPAA compliant. Customers go live with a 30-day pilot. Not affiliated with other products named DocFlow.
