It has made the process of designing, publishing and documenting very easy and efficient. **What do you dislike about Do-O-Matic?** Since I have started using Do-O-Matic for my technical writing projects, I have not experienced any friction in my work. Having said so, I feel more free options of visually appealing and designed templates can be provided. It will make the content development process even more smooth and fun. **What problems is Do-O-Matic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Do-O-Matic has made the content management process much easier for us. This is quite user friendly to learn and use even for the beginners. Apart from that, it also provides an awesome feature of text reuse, which allows me to reuse my text for various platforms and hence save my time and energy. ### 2. Additionally, it enables quick creation of general-purpose documentation in various formats and styles. Doc-O-Matic can generate documentation from source code and comments by adding conceptual subjects and outside input. Due to its single-source methodology, Doc-O-Matic may produce a variety of outputs from a single documentation base. HTML-based Help files, such as HTML Help, Help Viewer 2.x, and browser-based Web Help, are produced by Doc-O-Matic. In RTF and PDF formats, Doc-O-Matic can also produce printable documentation. For post-processing, XML output is ideal. The documentation in Doc-O-Matic is very feature-rich. **What do you dislike about Do-O-Matic?** Nothing. Everything is just awesome. I really enjoy how Doc-O-Matic is absolutely matchless in features and flexibility, and they are not as labor intensive as other solutions I have used and tested. **What do you dislike about Do-O-Matic?** The initial cost for our users was a bit high, but justifiable for the service and product I was delivered. I would say other than that I dont have any issues as of yet. **What problems is Do-O-Matic solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was having to manually create documents that seemed outdated and took a lot of time to create. This streamlined my process, and made my documents much more appealing and thorough. Awesome is that it links int other 'Help systems'. **What do you dislike about Do-O-Matic?** The UX/UI interface is little bit old fashioned, it would be good if it would be refreshed a little bit to the current UI standards. **What problems is Do-O-Matic solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves problem of writing good documentation for software.
