Even though it is simpler, there are not much detailed options as present in traditional Windows DNS server, like Managing SOA records, Managing reverse lookups and having control on each entry,

It is much better done on Trditional windows DNS server for which most people are accustomed to.

And there are much more other options that comes bundled with it, which are not needed,

they should have choose to keep only DNS part in it,
