I would recommend them over any other DNS management company. **What do you dislike about DNS Made Easy?** I wish they would update their Web interface to a fresher-looking format. It is looking kind of old and simplistic. I also have to zoom the page in just a touch to fit my monitors so I can read it better. **What problems is DNS Made Easy solving and how is that benefiting you?** DNS Security requirements that have been evolving over the past few years have been addressed and implemented at a regular rate which proves to me that they stay on top of DNS technology ### 2. This helped reduce latency for all of our global publishers and platform providers. **What do you dislike about DNS Made Easy?** The user experience, while simple, is a little funky and could use some improvement. It's not an overly complex service, though, so it works. **What problems is DNS Made Easy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of our clients were utilizing DNS with their domain registrar and seeing issues with latency internationally. When you register a domain, the registrar company usually offers you free DNS, which are very slow (they usually range around 60 or 80 ms in most cases), so if you want a professional result, you should look for a specialized DNS provider like DNS Made Easy (which in the tests I have conducted on my website is between 2 and 10 ms). I only use a few functions outside of it. However a few years ago, when Go Daddy had a major DNS issue, I was able to successfully implement a DNS Made Easy solution for one of my customers to keep them running with a failover nameservice **What do you dislike about DNS Made Easy?** I have to use a third party tool to communicate the dynamic address. The paid version was a small amount, but I wish DNS Made Easy would provide it themselves Again a very minor issue. **What problems is DNS Made Easy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have server running old COX home which constantly changes addresses. A simple app on my PC will communicates a new address when detected and with a few minutes it is reachable from anywhere. A real life saver for me ### 6. The service is easy to use and we had many domains in the service. **What do you dislike about DNS Made Easy?** We had a single user login - it would be nice to have logins for each admin with multi-factor authentication. **Recommendations to others considering DNS Made Easy:** If you are looking for a simple external DNS service, DNS Made Easy is great.
