NOMMOS helps businesses run their day-to-day marketing from one place. Social posts, advertising campaigns, customer conversations, CRM journeys and website analytics all update a single customer record, so teams can see the full history behind every contact and every number on the dashboard. The platform includes seven AI agents that handle recurring work: preparing and publishing content for eight social networks, supporting campaigns on five ad networks, replying to customers through messaging apps and website chat, watching visitor behaviour, and drafting CRM campaigns from a plain-language request. Teams choose, agent by agent, whether work is published automatically or reviewed first in an approval queue. Marketers can build segments using behaviour, timing, source, channel, consent, location and machine-learning scores such as churn risk, test a journey on a real contact without sending messages, and review funnels, heatmaps and session recordings. Each brand can run in its own isolated workspace with its own currency, timezone and language, which suits agencies and companies operating several brands or markets.
