DMC Pilot Reviews & Product Details

DMC Pilot is the operating system for MICE and incentive destination management companies: sales pipeline, proposals, program operations, live flight tracking and ground transfers, suppliers, staffing, client portals and Dispatch AI, in one system of record. It is not an inbound tour operator booking engine. DMC Pilot runs a program from the first inquiry to the last transfer. Teams build costed proposals with margin kept internal, and turn an RFP brief into a draft proposal priced from their own catalog. When the client accepts, the proposal becomes the live program. The group air manifest drives transfer runs that re-time themselves when a flight moves. Day sheets for the team on site build themselves. Suppliers confirm through their own portal, and the client watches arrivals and updates in a branded portal. A mobile app for iPhone and Android puts the day sheet, transfers, check-in lists and team chat in the hands of staff and freelancers on site. Built for DMCs running corporate meetings, incentive travel, congresses and events for 30 to 3,000+ attendees, in their own currency and tax rates.
