The calendar, forms, and client portal work seamlessly together, so I never miss follow-ups or important event details, which helps keep me organized. The automated email and SMS reminders are extremely helpful, reducing manual follow-ups and ensuring clients always receive timely updates, confirmations, and reminders. The calendar helps me stay organized by keeping all my bookings, availability, and event details in one place, allowing me to see my schedule, avoid double-booking, and plan ahead confidently. The customizable forms make it easy to collect all necessary information from clients, saving time and ensuring accuracy. The client portal provides a smooth, professional experience, letting clients view or update details, sign contracts, make payments, or complete forms, making communication much easier. It also helps us with forms that we had not had in the past. ### 3. I love how I can do so many things right in one system. It is a time saver and well worth the money. **What do you dislike about DJ Event Planner?** DJEP recently changed the look and I like the old look better. It takes a lot more time to find what I'm looking for and to customize different areas in the system. **Recommendations to others considering DJ Event Planner:** It is a one stop shop. You can do everything right in DJEP - all client communication, all employees communication and scheduling. Every person you add to DJEP has their own login, too. Also, rather than logging in through the DJEP website you get your own domain. **What problems is DJ Event Planner solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having everyones conflicts in one area to look at saves a large amount of time.
