The user interface is friendly and easy-to-use, further increasing processing efficiencies. The support team are phenomenal and always available to answer questions or offer solutions. Furthermore, they are always working on improving the system with consumer feedback and building new integrations to benefit their clients. An overall great WMS built with cannabis in mind. **What do you dislike about Distru?** Some features have great potential (ie Bins) but need some further polishing before they are easily integrated into the warehouse process. However, these are constantly being improved and made better as Distru develops! **What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?** Distru is helping to solve our order processing efficiency and Inventory reconciliation procedures. The direct Metrc integration allows for seamless tracking of inventory, sales and purchases. It's the people that make it what it is. It is very comforting knowing that I have a team of people ready to assist me with anything I need. **What do you dislike about Distru?** I dislike that Distru is at the mercy of METRC's API, but that is not something they can control. Hopefully, METRC starts to prioritize its API more. **What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?** ONLINE MENU. Our customers are able to put in order requests directly through our menu, adding units to their shopping cart is a breeze, and the menu looks dope! SALES DATA. We are now able to easily track all sales reps, assign our reps tasks to customer files, and track our best-selling products. STREAMLINED ORDER PREP WORKFLOW. Prepping orders has never been easier, Distru streamlines the process and boosts efficiency. I am now able to prep orders in a fraction of the time it took me to do it on METRC alone. I can also very easily print/email all COA's for each order with a click of a button, something that used to be a major headache when prepping orders. The transfer template function also automatically fills in all route data and wholesale values. One less thing for me to worry about. The calendar view also gives me a great visual aid in tracking orders set to be delivered for the week. I reference it constantly. PRODUCTION REPORTS AND RAW MATERIAL TRACKING. We have not had a user error on our productions since onboarding with Distru, the ability to have the entire team review a work order before entering it in METRC has eliminated all user error. We are now also able to easily bill our white-label clients thanks to the very clear bill of materials on each work order that Distru provides. Using the purchase order function, we are able to track the EXACT cost of goods for each production and bill accordingly. If I tried to list all of the things that Distru and their team has done to help me, I would be here all day. ### 4. We've used a handful of other seed-to-sale companies, but this is the first where we feel like we are heard, our problems are taken seriously, and action is taken immediately. Any questions or issues can be addressed in the seed-to-sale website chat or with your assigned rep. I've had other companies that won't address your problem for days, leaving us unable to deliver products because of a small problem. A seamless website that is easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Distru?** Having multiple users can drive up the cost fast, but the cost is worth having fewer headaches from other seed-to-sale companies. It would be better if there were a cap on the price after a certain number of employees. We have a wholesale brand as well as a consumer packaged goods brand. You can only use one of the names on invoices unless you purchase another subscription. It would be nice to be able to switch between the two, as some dispensaries/accountants get confused about the names **What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a problem at first navigating the website, but with some extra 1-one-1 time with our assigned rep, we understand how to use the website better. This isn't a Distru problem, though, more of an 'us' problem. They are always friendly and easy to work with; we never feel we bother them no matter the question. ### 5. Even when there are not answers right away, you have someone there with you the entire time. **What do you dislike about Distru?** Working in the accounting department, this system is a little underwhelming as it's not meant for accounting purposes, even though you take payments in the system and do much more for the accounting department. Not being able to use overpayments on future invoices is a little silly too :) **What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are a few problems that they are looking into for us and hopefully solving for us. Simplicity of the software was a major plus when receiving bulk inventory and manufacturing or packaging product, made life much easier for us as early adopters. **What do you dislike about Distru?** We had some issues early on while getting familiar with the software but support was always a click or call away to ease our pain. Any issues we had were quickly resolved, no issues lingered longer than a day or two. It helps production associates keep track of the production data for input and output production. It allows you to house all supply chain data in one source, which is useful when conducting quarterly analysis. The inventory tracking is impressive in comparison to the features METRC offers. Distru also does a fantastic job of tracking sales transactions and reporting. Everyone at Distru goes above and beyond to assist with any issues or concerns. All my experiences with their staff have been amazing! The staff is very knoweledgable in all areas of the industry and can help answer a lot of your questions. It is also user friendly so the onboarding training is not painful at all. **What do you dislike about Distru?** I would like to see more advanced financial reporting features. **Recommendations to others considering Distru:** I've tried multiple softwares and believe me when I tell you, Distru is the one you need. Distru's staff is very knowledgeable about the industry and can help in many ways. Their membership prices are also at a fair price for all the solutions they provide. I highly recommend reaching out to one of their associates and scheduling a demo call asap. **What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before not having distru, our company dealt with extensive inventory issues. Once we were onboarded, we were able to improve our inventory controls. It also cleared a lot of our compliance questions in regards to METRC and cannabis taxes. We have proper visibility of our cost of goods and use this data to help drive revenue growth. Distru data analytics plays a significant role in keeping track of our KPI's and analyzing our brand mergers. ### 27. Easy to onboard, use, and train new staff. I believe METRC is the reason I have any negative feelings associated with Distru. **Recommendations to others considering Distru:** Don't cheat youselves and chose a product that allows you to create METRC issues. Vastly improved workflow and tedious tasks such as printing COFA. If I am unsure about anything, the Distru team is quick to respond and help me develop a solution. **What do you dislike about Distru?** The one downfall about Distru is it doesn't keep track of account credits.
