Blind Hiring &amp; PII Anonymisation For agencies operating under GDPR, the Equality Act 2010, or internal DEI mandates, Distill&#39;s anonymisation engine strips candidate-identifying information: names, photos, email addresses, phone numbers, and postcodes before a hiring manager reviews the document. This supports structured, bias-free shortlisting without any manual redaction. How It Works Distill integrates into existing workflows via three channels: forward a CV to a dedicated processing email address, upload via the web dashboard, or connect directly via REST API for ATS automation.
