What do you dislike about Directive?

They never made the effort to understand our business and consistently failed to deliver on core expectations. Communication and reporting were unreliable, and we were often the ones chasing updates and driving work forward. What do you like best about Directive?

I did like the TAM analysis they did - but realistically it just validated what we already knew. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Directive?

They use a formula - it's supposed to be proven but it disregarded all our previous success and a cookie-cutter basic implementation was put in it's place e.g. best [insert category] software.
