A reliable and expert partner that simplifies VEVRAA and Section 503 compliance while providing exceptional support. What do you dislike about DirectEmployers Association?

In all honesty, we have not encountered any significant downsides. The platform does exactly what it promises with high reliability. The initial implementation was a project that required our attention, but their support team was with us every step of the way, making the process as smooth as possible. What problems is DirectEmployers Association solving and how is that benefiting you?

DirectEmployers solves two critical problems for us: the overwhelming complexity of OFCCP compliance and the inefficiency of manual job distribution.

First, they eliminate the immense risk and administrative burden of manually tracking and posting jobs to every individual state and federal job board required under VEVRAA and Section 503. Before DE, this was a time-consuming, error-prone process. Now, it's fully automated through a single feed, guaranteeing we meet our mandatory posting obligations without fail. This directly reduces our legal risk of non-compliance.

Second, they demystify the regulations themselves. Their expertise acts as an extension of our team, providing clear guidance on compliance matters and audit preparedness.
