The ease of uploading documentation. The flexibility in making the documentation visible, downloadable, and editable. The ability to download the documentation even offline. The availability of a help desk that is easily contactable for advice and solutions to problems with the platform's operation. We have never had issues with connection or access to the platform. At the moment, we really have nothing significant to complain about: the features have increased and improved significantly compared to what we used previously. The only issue recorded, but not impactful, is the following: if documents are uploaded in Word or Excel, the display by board members changes depending on the devices used; uploading the documents in PDF, the problem does not occur. Since it is not a significant issue, we have decided to convert all documents to PDF and upload them to the platform this way. It might be useful to resolve this bug and allow the correct display of documents in Word and Excel as well. However, for us, this is not an essential aspect. It's extremely userfriendly, intuitive and easy to use. It performs fastly and never takes time loading but does every change instantly. For instance creating new meetings copying the old ones or using the drag and drop feature makes you save lots o precious time. Also very useful to drag to order and rename easily the items of a meeting. Also comes handy the communication flow with the members, who never had problem accessing and downloading the documents. The platform allows for the secure saving of documents and offers the possibility to create templates, notably for board meeting agendas. All elements related to the board of directors are thus found in the same place.

What could be improved is overall navigation when switching between documents or agenda sections. While the platform is easy to use once you're familiar with it, some actions require a few extra clicks and streamlining these workflows would make meetings even more efficient. Another aspect that could be enhanced is load times for larger documents. Occasionally, when multiple files or heavier PDFs are uploaded, they take a bit longer to open. Faster rendering or smoother previews would help the flow of meetings. It would be helpful to have more customization options - for example, the ability to tailor the layout or personalize the way agenda items are displayed. Small enhancements like this would make the tool feel even more adaptable to different meeting styles. Finally, while customer support is responsive, expanding the self-help resources or offering more guided tutorials could help new users get up to speed faster, especially in organizations with frequent turnover. Participate Module: very intuitive interface and easy to implement. Data loading is fast thanks to the ability to automatically load data through Excel files that take into account predefined or customized fields. Our Senior Project Manager, Gaia Lovati, was very professional. She immediately addressed our needs and guided us step by step in the onboarding process and subsequent training for all users (readers, contributors, and administrators). SMART CDA Module: very simple and intuitive module. Project Manager Michele Napoli was precise and in a short time allowed us to gain good proficiency with the platform. We have not yet connected the platform to other tools in our stack. The platform has a significant price but is appropriate for the value offered. Smart CDA Module: there is no option to upload documents in Excel format or folders with documents directly into the agenda. This would be a very useful feature. The option to upload zipped folders in the documentation section exists, but it does not allow uploading folders larger than 1 GB. The integration of the platform with the office package should be implemented. It would be useful if there was the possibility to directly upload a draft of the minutes in Word format.

It would be very useful if default viewing permissions could be limited. Sometimes it is necessary to proceed document by document, and this makes the process lengthy.

Participate Module: the PDF report is missing custom fields. It would be perfect if the report could be downloaded with all the fields of the platform. Homepage: I would improve the widget section by making them more customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how DiliTrust makes preparing contracts with distributors and agents quite straightforward. Its simplicity in making and adjusting contracts stands out as particularly useful. I find it great for creating new contracts, tracking their validation, and monitoring changes. I like managing contracts on a dedicated platform that collects the contracts handled by the company. Additionally, I appreciate the approval flow for changes. I like how DiliTrust allows me to have a complete, timely, and organized software for uploading documentation, where all users who need access to that documentation can easily access it.
