Participate Module: very intuitive interface and easy to implement. Data loading is fast thanks to the ability to automatically load data through Excel files that take into account predefined or customized fields. Our Senior Project Manager, Gaia Lovati, was very professional. She immediately addressed our needs and guided us step by step in the onboarding process and subsequent training for all users (readers, contributors, and administrators). SMART CDA Module: very simple and intuitive module. Project Manager Michele Napoli was precise and in a short time allowed us to gain good proficiency with the platform. We have not yet connected the platform to other tools in our stack. The platform has a significant price but is appropriate for the value offered. There is an AI virtual assistant that we have not yet had the opportunity to test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DiliTrust? Smart CDA Module: there is no option to upload documents in Excel format or folders with documents directly into the agenda. This would be a very useful feature. The option to upload zipped folders in the documentation section exists, but it does not allow uploading folders larger than 1 GB. The integration of the platform with the office package should be implemented. It would be useful if there was the possibility to directly upload a draft of the minutes in Word format. It would be very useful if default viewing permissions could be limited. Sometimes it is necessary to proceed document by document, and this makes the process lengthy. Participate Module: the PDF report is missing custom fields. It would be perfect if the report could be downloaded with all the fields of the platform. Smart CDA Module: before using the platform, all documentation was shared via email. This did not allow tracking the course of the documents and made everything much more cumbersome. In this way, all documents are secure, organized, and access is limited. Upload the meeting notice, attachments, and supporting documents directly to the platform, which has allowed us to save time, improve security, and have a secure repository.
