I signed up for Diib based on their promise of a DA67 backlink—an offer they prominently advertise. Unfortunately, that backlink was never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their support team, I received no helpful response or resolution.

To make matters worse, they charged me nearly £100 again without any notice, even though the core feature I signed up for was never fulfilled.

Overall, Diib has been a huge disappointment. The service is overpriced and doesn’t deliver on its promises. Poor customer support and misleading marketing make this a platform I cannot recommend. Definitely not worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The daily emails have lots of hints and tips to improve your site and your traffic. They look at your traffic in detail. It is easy to use and you can update daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We bought the premium service after speaking to one of their staff. Went for the content creation and was sent articles that were contradictory, mixed terms that cant be mixed, were factually incorrect and the advice contravened legislation. Explained this and was sent another set of poorly written articles. Chased up the updates, only to be told that the work had fallen through the cracks. Was assured that the articles would be created as a priority. Chased this again a month or so later and was told that they had fallen through yet more cracks. At this point, almost a year later, I asked for our money back and was offered twice the content for the same price. This felt like I’d have twice the aggravation and twice the inaccuracies rather than twice the content so I asked for my money back. With paypal fees for converting the sent and received money we are out of pocket but chalk that up to experience. We now use a local SEO company who only offer services where we will see a benefit. I've used the free version of diib...and as an seo professional, I can honestly its the best free #seo tool out there! So many others offer the tool free...but it doesn't do much. You don't get personalized recommendations that are actionable right away. You have to dig and analyze the small stuff...which I just don't have time to do!!!! Way to go diib !!! 🙌🫶 You rock 😎! I purchased the $2500/month Managed Services package in January 2023 and received nothing for it (not one deliverable) until I complained on 2/16/23 and asked for a refund. I was told I would hear back from the Client Service Manager. I had to follow up two more times before that individual responded. On 2/22 they sent 5 articles that were supposedly written in January but Google Docs version history showed that they were started after I complained. They were also written by a different person than I was told would be writing them. My original writer had left on 2/3 without sending any deliverables. The new writer never reached out until I complained. I had never heard of or spoken to the actual writers that showed up on Google Docs version history. So, as of 2/23 I had been charged over $5000. I was told they could not refund January since the work had been done in January (again Google Docs version history disputes that). I was told I would get a refund for February and my account would be canceled. Then I got charged on 3/4/23. So 7,500. I have since seen one refund come through and am told there will be another refund but I warn anyone to really be careful working with this company. I do not recommend you do but if you choose to absolutely do not allow them to run your card until they have proven they will not mismanage your account. Buy one month at a time, if any. they constantly try to upsell you, there's no real information available that's not available on GA4, and not to mention that their integration with ga4 didn't work for me. I contacted their support team and reported the issue multiple times, waited two months and no one tried to fix it for me even though I got told "Oh, it does that sometimes"
