I like that in the past when we've reached challenges with campaigns the team has bent over backwards to rectify those challenges and make it right. The team seems really open to and eager for feedback. **What do you dislike about Digitalzone?** There have been situations in the past where over promising and under delivering (we did a BANT tele qual campaign with set meetings at one point and DZ was having a difficult time getting us the number of meetings we had agreed to). Their staff is incredibly helpful and understanding of the needs and vision. Digitalzone provides all of their work in a timely manner and it is always up to par. If there is a problem, they are quick to fix it without questioning. **What do you dislike about Digitalzone?** I have not had a negative experience with Digitalzone, so I do not have any negatives. **Recommendations to others considering Digitalzone:** Digitalzone is always willing to work to what your organizaiton needs and wants. They provide incredible suggestions to benefit us in the long run. Their quality of work and team members are the best to work with. **What problems is Digitalzone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Digitalzone is solving our need for pipeline and quality pipeline at that. They took the time to understand our vision and provided valuable insights that really enhanced the overall experience. I would for sure like to see that be diffeent. The digital zone team values our feedback and will do whatever they need to make sure our needs are met and we are satisfied with our partnership. **What do you dislike about Digitalzone?** The incorrectly classified leads on some programs has been the most challenging aspect. It would be most beneficial to have full faith in the digital zone team to provide 100% of leads that match our criteria and not have to do quality checks ourselves. **Recommendations to others considering Digitalzone:** Digitalzone is great for broader, more general targets coming from more straightforward industry types like hospitals and health systems. More niche areas like insurance and dental orgs are where they seem to have more trouble in identifying quality leads. **What problems is Digitalzone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Digitalzone is providing leads within hard to reach audiences. This is no fault of Digitalzone, though! **Recommendations to others considering Digitalzone:** Digitalzone has some smart minds on their team! I'd recommend getting on a call, sharing your ideas, and letting them provide input on the best approach. **What problems is Digitalzone solving and how is that benefiting you?** I manage client demand generation campaigns and deploy Digitalzone's help in fulfilling lead gen programs. They provide quick-turn support, are very responsive and easy to work with, and are always on top of their campaign delivery. They provide appropriate communication of expectations, and I never have to question if things are being managed well by their team. It also helps that their lead pricing and programs are very competitive to similar companies. Big shout out to John Ciccone, Rebecca Mercado, and Sadia Saleem for taking good care of our team.
