Digital Wave Technology Native AI Deal Management Reviews & Product Details

Digital Wave Technology’s AI-native Deal Management solution helps retailers and suppliers plan, negotiate, execute, and optimize trade funding with greater speed, accuracy, and accountability. Built on the ONE℠ Platform, it replaces emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected workflows with a centralized system of record where Agentic AI actively guides execution, not just documentation. Deal Management provides a shared, governed workspace for managing vendor agreements from initial planning through execution and reconciliation. Trade deals are no longer static commitments managed after the fact. They are living agreements connected directly to promotions, pricing, and markdown strategies, with intelligent agents tracking alignment, timing, and financial impact as conditions change. This ensures funding decisions to support real business outcomes, not outdated plans. Agentic AI plays a continuous role throughout the deal lifecycle. Traditional AI and analytics analyze historical performance, funding utilization, and ROI. Generative AI accelerates deal documentation, scenario analysis, and supplier communication. Agentic AI monitors deals in motion—watching spend against plan, promotional execution, and downstream impact—and proactively surfaces risks, exceptions, and optimization opportunities. Instead of teams chasing issues after they occur, intelligent agents help keep deals on track in real time.
