I find the support team at DigiSME frustrating. If they're busy, they should transfer the issue to someone else instead of holding the client's issue and disappearing for a week. I keep having to connect with new people and explain my problem from the start each time. Once, I was assured that my issue would be fixed by the next day, but no changes were made, and the next person asked me to explain everything again, only to tell me to do things manually.
