I can avoid using multiple software and spreadsheets since I prefer keeping records of employee info, payroll, scheduling, time off, and performance in the same program. In fact, this saves me a ton of precious time. **What do you dislike about DigiSME?** The incorporation of HRMS software can be quite a nightmare especially in the early stage due to the complex tasks and goals. The process of data migration may consume a lot of time, and ““training of employees” on the new system carries certain issues. It is also crucial to buy an HRIS that grows alongside your company. **What problems is DigiSME solving and how is that benefiting you?** HRMS software has transformed the way I function and has improved all aspects of it. Employee data is no longer difficult to obtain and manage, my daily tasks become more straightforward to run, and I see more valuable respectively. This positions me for such initiatives which has an interest in my jobs and allows me to serve my workers well. ### 5. It is a time-saving product while working. **What problems is DigiSME solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to calculate the payroll for a large number of employees, easy onboarding process to input all the details.
