I would love it if there was a little more customisation available - ability to add dynamic text options for the end user to fill in a response would be hugely helpful. I think it would also be helpful to have some sort of indication that this has been digitally approved, similar to what adobe sign has on an executed document (they add an additional sign-off page). DigiSigner has a very affordable plan for a solo provider who needs HIPAA compliance. The platform is very easy to use, and the best part is that you are able to do branding and customize the emails being sent to the patients. I liked the simplicity of the service, it was easy to set up and get our first document out to the team to be signed.
