What do you like best about Diffbot?

I like that Diffbot shows sources of data and confidence in its inferences. API is well-thought-through and well-documented. Support is excellent and the initial setup was straight-forward.

Both UI and programmatic access work as expected.

What do you like best about Diffbot?

Crawlbot paired with Diffbot's extraction api saved us thousands of hours when acquiring web data for research and implementing consulting projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diffbot?

Occasionally, when looking to update content from previously crawled URL's diffbot would be inconsistent. While this was not frequent, and we were able to find work arounds, we were never able to successfully trouble shoot the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diffbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a consulting organization working with organizations to leverage NLP and auto classification we used Diffbot to extract text, image, and product information.

What problems is Diffbot solving and how is that benefiting you?

You can answer such a large variety of questions using knowledge graph that pinning down one usecase that sums up their value is hard, but simple usecase is use them to identify and/or verifying information about a person or business.
