Improving matchmaking capacity amongst contacts (sell vs. buy side)
Improving UI customization (i.e. hidding unrelevant fields of a workflow)
Missing embedded dataroom feature and analytics

- Intuitive, incredibly easy to use on PC, Mac or Mobile
- Great customer support and regular improvements
- No equivalent in managing long sales cycles based on partnerships and interactions with very diverse types of players
- Workflow management is a killer feature

- Management of tasks needs improvement
- Connection with video conferencing tools is missing to date

I have diverse activities such as Consulting, Executive Coaching, Business development projects, M&A deals, and portfolio management. All at once in the same CRM, thanks for the highly customizable workflow management

**What do you like best about Dialllog?**

Vestrian is an investment club. We use dialllog to manage our investment pipeline, our investments and our investors. Managing all these workflows in one place is great for us. The integration with email and automatic contact creation from emails made our processes very efficient from day one with very little configuration.

**What do you dislike about Dialllog?**

I would like to be able to send personalised emails in bulk to the members of our club. I understand this feature will be available shortly.

**What problems is Dialllog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Given the multiple workflows we manage, dialllog allows us to have a single source of truth. Given we are a decentralised and very busy team, it saves us a lot of coordination time and allows each of us to operate autonomously. Being able to see all the activities we have with a member who may be an investor but also a potential investee at the same time is great.

**What do you like best about Dialllog?**

We use it to manage contacts. We interact with many people, including investors, entrepreneurs, advisors, lawyers and other stakeholders. In Dialllog we have consolidated a comprehensive database of information, including communication history. It is fully connected to our team mailbox, and it is always super easy to find information.
Multiple web forms are also handy. No need for typeforms and zappier integration. Fast and easy to set up.
We haven’t yet tested the KPI requests functionality. from startups

**What do you dislike about Dialllog?**

We are waiting for data enrichment, but apparently, it will be released this month.

**What problems is Dialllog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving deal and tracking process, of every potential, current customers that are in our sales/support funnel. Dialllog helps to understand the situation with every contact.

**What do you like best about Dialllog?**

All my interactions are organised by workflows, which allows me to manage different conversations and projects with any one company or contact. I haven't seen this data structure in any other system. My mailbox is integrated and provides easy privacy management. Each email can be attached to a specific workflow.

**What do you dislike about Dialllog?**

The tasks management functionality is not released yet but I understand this is coming soon.

It gives me an instant overview of who is working on what with whom across my team and my teams contacts.

**What do you like best about Dialllog?**

Templates for workflow that is suitable for VC needs and you can edit the flow accordingly. You'll be able to understand and use it within a couple of minutes. It's not the best ui/ux, but serves our purpose effectively.

**What do you dislike about Dialllog?**

UI/UX can be improved and not particularly digging the dark basic template.

**What problems is Dialllog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With other CRM, we would have needed to construct our own workflows and templates that will take a while to setup. Dialllog provides all of this by default.

**What do you like best about Dialllog?**

I'm extremely satisfied both with the product itself, but indeed also with the customer support, I've very seldom in my 40 years in Asset Management and Venture experienced such high quality in support.

**What do you dislike about Dialllog?**

We found a few "bugs" in the beginning, but they were fixed in less than 1 hour in both cases.

We are very happy with the opportunities available regarding Dealflow, Due Diligence and Portfolio overview, and it it so easy to navigate on the platform as well.

**What do you like best about Dialllog?**

I've been searching quite long for the right tool to manage my relationships and processes in the fund. Most of them are coming from sales background and therefore barely customizable for VCs’ needs. Dialllog has it all in one place when it comes to relationship management and project management tools. It’s not just about Dealflow, you have templates there to manage DueDil, Portfolio companies and fundraising. A lot of collaboration opportunities like email sync and notes sharing. Very slick and cluterless design, allows you to be very focused. And the most import very accommodating customer support. Literally available within 24hrs and very friendly.

**What do you dislike about Dialllog?**

Dialllog is a strartup and obviously as any other emerging saas service they tend to have bugs from time to time. But I take it cool. It takes the team usually just several ours to fix glitches I report from time to time. That’s the most important for me.

**What problems is Dialllog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-	Information chaos (now all contacts in one place displayed through all workflows)
-	Task management (reminders, gant charts, check lists allow you to manage your workflow efficiently)
-	Time wasted on using so many tools (before I had to go through 5+ different apps to find a relevant piece of info). Now everything sits in Dialllog and available within seconds.

This is the first CRM I have been using. It is easy to navigate; any information is easily found through the search function.

Permissions. I don't have access to see all the information across the system.

My team and I work remotely and we need a central space to work together and keep all the information.

The platform is easy to customize for our processes and workflows, and I can take any requests directly to the engineering team if needed.

**What do you dislike about Dialllog?**

They're still a startup, so some of the features we would like are still in active development.

At this time, we're primarily using Dialllog for intake and management of our active deal pipeline of startups seeking funding.

clean screens, ability to manage all workflows not just pipeline and email integration.

No portfolio reporting tools, which still require manual work.

With a decentralised, I need to be up to date on exactly who knows whom, where my various projects stand and what is up next. I can do all this with Dialllog seamlessly.
