Im excited to see how the functionality develops. Its fantastic that DevSkills provides a built Flutter project. Im eagerly anticipating improvements. **What do you dislike about DevSkills?** DevSkills focus on real life scenarios for assessing candidates without incorporating questions. This lack of flexibility in test design may not fully evaluate programming skills. **What problems is DevSkills solving and how is that benefiting you?** DevSkills addresses the challenge of evaluating software engineering skills. By providing a platform, for conducting coding assessments it has greatly benefited our business .The detailed results and insights also assist us. ### 4. The cases are well thought-through and map right to what our engineers do in their job. On top of that, customer support is top notch - always get satisfiying answers within half an hour tops. **What do you dislike about DevSkills?** You can notice it's still a young product that's rough around the edges here and there - in particular stuff around onboarding & user mgmt (of colleagues rather than candidates) **What problems is DevSkills solving and how is that benefiting you?** Assessing the skills of frontend and backend engineers with real-life cases, rather than theoretical questions. Not having to design these tests ourselves is very valuable. ### 5.
