Destini has the ability to integrate store-level conventional and mass retailer data from IRI or Nielsen, to ensure your locator provides consumers with the most comprehensive, accurate data available. Destini allows for batch uploads of static data, using an excel template, to ensure smaller retailers can easily be included in your locator. ## Destini Reviews ### 1. Their dashboard lacked critical information to track our KPIs. **What do you dislike about Destini?** They failed to provide accurate data on several campaign KPIs and grant access to team members. The primary purpose of using Destini was for SLPs which did not happen. Our clients wanted to understand which retailers had the best output and products sold through Programmatic display, but they failed to get data from each retailer for an entire year. The only successful thing was being able to see which creatives performed better on platforms we ran on including Meta, Instagram, TikTok. **What problems is Destini solving and how is that benefiting you?** Destini was supposed to help my clients determine which retailers, media channel, and creative were performing the best in order to optimize for future campaigns. ### 2. We saved so much time on uploading outdated files from different databases that were not accurate. I believe there was a little delay, so when a product launched or was new in store it took a while to update, but nothing terrible. **What do you dislike about Destini?** The only downside I can think of is the delay in the data for new product skus or if a your product is sold primarily in specialty shops where the inventory/ordering data would not be as frequent. **What problems is Destini solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oh my gosh. When I used Destini I was working for a CPG with over 15 skus and we were CONSTANTLY getting inquiries about where to purchase our more eccentric flavors. Our locator was almost never accurate and we had no way of knowing if the stores that were supposed to be carrying our SKUs would actually have them on the shelf if someone inquired. Destini took it off our plate and was much much more accurate. Time saved, happier customers. ### 3. It's easy to implement and customer service is good. **What do you dislike about Destini?** I wish the user experience could be customized more and that the data could be more accurate and updated more regularly to reflect current stocks. **What problems is Destini solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's allowing us to show our consumer era where to find our products in a user friendly way. ### 4. We've also started using the Destini couponing service, which has produced significant lift at the retail level. **What do you dislike about Destini?** It's very pricey! We only have about 25 SKUs, so it's do-able for our budget, but for any brand with a lot of SKUs, the price will add up quickly. **Recommendations to others considering Destini:** Be prepared to pay, but you'll also see significant gains in time spent on customer inquiries and manual management of a less expensive tool. **What problems is Destini solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously had to update a manual file to use our locator. Destini has allowed us to recoup that time and has provided a more seamless experience for our customers. ### 6. It's a good resource for looking at product performance and competitor performance. **What do you dislike about Destini?** I dislike that the system is somewhat difficult to use. Although Destini is customized by subscription, I felt that the user interface was not pretty or as easy to use as similar systems like IRI. **What problems is Destini solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can solve issues related to product performance and purchases in markets where you don't have good data.
