They failed to provide accurate data on several campaign KPIs and grant access to team members. The primary purpose of using Destini was for SLPs which did not happen. Our clients wanted to understand which retailers had the best output and products sold through Programmatic display, but they failed to get data from each retailer for an entire year. The only successful thing was being able to see which creatives performed better on platforms we ran on including Meta, Instagram, TikTok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
