## About DeskWatch
DeskWatch is hotel night audit review software that analyzes nightly property management system reports and delivers alerts to hotel owners via WhatsApp. The software processes night audit reports and identifies financial discrepancies, policy violations, and suspicious patterns during overnight shifts. DeskWatch provides a single message before sunrise, highlighting issues requiring attention or confirming a clean audit. The software flags five financial leakage areas: no-show bookings canceled instead of charged, unauthorized write-offs, rate overrides below policy, cash drawer variances, and off-the-books room occupancy. DeskWatch detects recurring patterns across multiple nights to identify systematic issues. The software integrates with systems such as choiceADVANTAGE, Opera Cloud, HotelKey, and SynXis. Setup requires only the nightly report email. Sensitive data is hashed, and the system requires no credentials or installations at the property.
