DeskWatch provides a single message before sunrise, highlighting issues requiring attention or confirming a clean audit. The software flags five financial leakage areas: no-show bookings canceled instead of charged, unauthorized write-offs, rate overrides below policy, cash drawer variances, and off-the-books room occupancy. DeskWatch detects recurring patterns across multiple nights to identify systematic issues. The software integrates with systems such as choiceADVANTAGE, Opera Cloud, HotelKey, and SynXis. Setup requires only the nightly report email. Sensitive data is hashed, and the system requires no credentials or installations at the property.
