DeskForeman Reviews & Product Details

DeskForeman is an AI front office that residential contractors hire to handle their entire customer pipeline. From the first customer inquiry to a signed contract, DeskForeman does the work of a receptionist, estimator, and project coordinator — 24/7, via SMS. Unlike chatbots or CRM dashboards, DeskForeman is a proactive AI teammate. It doesn't wait for instructions — it acts. It answers every customer text in seconds, follows up with stale leads on a 7-touch cadence, qualifies prospects, generates ballpark estimates using formula-based pricing calibrated to the builder's actual history, schedules site visits with calendar sync, drafts professional proposals, and builds contracts. DeskForeman is built as a team of 14 specialized AI agents, each handling one job: customer conversation, response quality review, escalation detection, lead qualification, estimation, visit scheduling, proposal generation, contract building, pipeline coaching, and more. Every outbound message passes through a QA gate before sending. Escalation signals trigger immediate alerts to the builder. The builder manages everything from their phone via text. Dashboards are available but not required. Setup takes 10 minutes. No behavior change needed. **Key capabilities:** - Instant customer response (every text answered in seconds, 24/7) - Lead qualification and scoring (0-100, with automatic routing) - Formula-based estimates (per-unit rates x material x region x site difficulty x margin) - 7-touch automated follow-up cadence for stale leads - Long-term lead nurture (check-ins at day 14, 30, 60, 90) - Site visit scheduling with Google Calendar sync - Professional proposal generation with scope, warranty, and payment milestones - Contract generation from approved proposals - Real-time escalation detection and builder alerts - Daily pipeline coaching via SMS (conversion rates, stale leads, insights) - QA review gate on every customer-facing message **What makes it different:** - Full pipeline, not just lead capture — goes from first text to signed contract - SMS-native — zero behavior change for contractors who run their business from a phone - Proactive, not reactive — follows up, nudges, coaches without being asked - Trade-intelligent — understands materials, sizing, and contractor language - One flat price — $499/mo, everything included, no tiers or upsells
