If you’re looking for a partner who can modernize a product without alienating existing users, challenge assumptions constructively, and help shift internal thinking toward more user-centric, component-driven design, DesignX is an excellent choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is DesignX solving and how is that benefiting you?
DesignX helped us tackle a very difficult problem: modernizing the UI of a large, deeply complex ERP product that has followed similar design patterns for nearly three decades. The size of the system, the steep learning curve, and the needs of an active, long-standing customer base meant this was not a surface-level redesign.
DesignX took a thoughtful and disciplined approach to learning the product, proactively collaborating with our engineering and product teams to identify the most critical areas to focus on first. This allowed them to add meaningful value quickly, without getting lost in the breadth of the system. The end result was a cleaner, more modern interface that feels intuitive to new users while remaining familiar and comfortable for existing customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
