I appreciate that Designmodo Postcards offers an extensive array of predefined email templates, which significantly simplifies the process for me. Not having to manually design or update these templates allows for direct and efficient use, saving valuable time. Additionally, it's very easy to make adjustments such as adding or deleting elements, providing flexibility. For years I searched for a tool that would do what Postcards does... there wasn't anything that was worth using. So far after almost 12 months of use I'm still using it and I am planning to migrate all of our product emails from ActiveCampaign editor to Postcards next year.

Sometimes the more advanced options are a little confusing, however that's easily overcome in a few minutes of reading a doc or reaching out to support. We use this product every day in our team and are so impressed with how easy it is to use and fit with other products! It's so useful for us within our marketing team as we can build, test and share links to emails for immediate feedback. It would be really useful to get some kind of support with Dark Mode in emails. This is something we struggle with as a team can can be time-consuming to fix so a setting or way to approach it directly from Postcards would be so useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is very intuitive. When you spend a few minutes on it, you'll realize there are a lot of customization possibilities, it's not a basic drag and drop.

The customer service is excellent, they respond very fast and not very generic answers. They really try to understand your needs, and help you the best they can.
