They strive to really enhance the experience for the business. they add new features and the ability to streamline to keep business running smoothly. **What do you dislike about DesignFiles?** The kitchen design portion is still a work in progress, but I feel confident they will continue to add features and upgrade moving forward. It does come with a business expense per user, so that can add up if you have a large company with a lot of users **What problems is DesignFiles solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlining the design and business aspects to make it easier to keep track of billing and designs. ### 3. It provide tools for 2D and 3D plan creation. It help designers to purchase the item feature, this is caluable time saving features. It provide customer support for userd and positive experience. DesignFiles offers collaboration tools to work with client and team menmbers. It is good design element. **What do you dislike about DesignFiles?** The customization in DesignFiles may be limited capared to other design software. it would be a concern if you want some specific designs. It does not give offline access. it provide some specific requirements of designer, which are lacking in DesignFiles. **What problems is DesignFiles solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provide templates of items that can be used in design projects. this can save time. it also allows the creation of professional client presentation. This improves the presentation quality and help in client approval. ### 5. Having images on invoices for FF&E is very nice! Generating Purchase Orders and Invoices directly from the client-approved boards saves me many, many hours. **What do you dislike about DesignFiles?** Cannot always erase the background, so photos have to be Photoshopped prior to import Need to assign text "colors" RGB numbers to easily duplicate from board to board. Right now, it's a stab in the dark to get text to match between boards. Red "gridlines" are very hard to snap-to for photo-to-photo alignment **Recommendations to others considering DesignFiles:** It doesn't do everything, but it's a nice, easy, effective tool for getting product images to clients in an organized way. And, it is especially nice to able to invoices and generate POs directly from the boards. The PO part saves me SO MUCH time! **What problems is DesignFiles solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending ideas to clients digitally has increased during COVID 19, and this is a great platform. knowing my markups ahead of time, by using the Add to DesignFiles features helps me select which items have the highest margins. ### 6. I couldn't run my trade furniture business without it! **What do you dislike about DesignFiles?** I wish there were a client management system and the ability to send emails to clients, rather than always messaging through the platform's built-in chat abilities. New features are released monthly, and I'm hoping more CRM functions are on the way! **What problems is DesignFiles solving and how is that benefiting you?** DesignFiles has allowed me to take my decorating consulting business and turn it into my full-time career.
