Demarc Reviews & Product Details

Demarc is warranty and closeout software for structured-cabling contractors. Import the LinkWare CSV results you already export from a Fluke DSX-5000, DSX-8000, DSX-600 or other Versiv certification tester, and Demarc builds a warranty package ready for you to submit to Panduit, CommScope or Belden, alongside a general-format package. It shows per-cable pass/fail and margin analysis (IL, NEXT, RL, ACR-F, PS-NEXT, PS-ACR-F) with PoE checks, maps drops on uploaded floor plans by cable ID, and tracks daily field logs, photos and punch lists. Pro adds a no-login client portal for the GC, one-click as-built closeout PDFs, change orders and a proposal generator. iOS and Android apps keep the field crew synced with the web platform. Demarc is not affiliated with Fluke Networks; it reads the CSV files you already export. Plans: Starter $99/month (up to 5 active projects, 3 team members, general warranty PDFs), Pro $199/month (unlimited projects, 10 team members, Panduit/CommScope/Belden warranty PDFs) and Enterprise $399/month (unlimited team members, custom-branded PDFs, REST API). Every plan has a 14-day free trial with no credit card required; cancel anytime and your data stays readable and exportable.
