VERY poor customer service. Also the level of infrastructure and architecture required at the server end is more cumbersome. **Recommendations to others considering DELMIA:** The 3D experience version is still under development, and there are several loopholes currently with the complex system setup. Still, once that hiccup is completed, the work and output you will gain are absolutely worth it. The advantages of this tool are multiple, and a whole plant can be digitally simulated.
