Delivery Logistics, Procurement Scheduling Reviews & Product Details

PLOT is a construction logistics platform built for general contractors managing complex jobsites. It combines two core tools: Delivery Logistics, which uses map-based site reservations, a Jobsite Command TV display, driver wayfinding, and gate management to keep deliveries organized and on schedule; and Procurement Scheduling, which syncs with your CPM schedule to surface upstream material deadlines before they become a problem. Built by a former concrete contractor, PLOT is designed around how jobsites actually run. Trusted by ENR top 100 general contractors including Walsh, Suffolk, Boldt, Walbridge, and McCownGordon.
