Deepsel Reviews & Product Details

Deepsel is HVAC maintenance agreement software that automates customer maintenance plans. The software handles card-on-file billing for renewals, eliminating manual invoicing and collections. Members receive automated reminders for prepaid tune-up visits and can self-book appointments without office staff intervention. The platform tracks membership status, visit history, and renewal dates, helping staff verify completed visits and upcoming renewals. Deepsel captures equipment data through mobile photo documentation, recording model numbers and filter specifications to ensure technicians arrive with correct parts. Failed payments are flagged, expired cards are retried, and notifications are sent to prevent lapses in coverage. The software integrates with platforms like Jobber and Housecall Pro, writing booked visits into existing calendars. The dashboard displays service status, appointments, and payment needs, with unlimited office users supported.
