**What do you like best about Deem?**

The award-winning Etta, is one of the greatest and most secure business travel management platform that offers first class business travel and booking experience for it's users. The travel safetycheck and integration with Uber for Business makes it very convenient to travel safely everywhere at anytime.
I love working closely with the customer support team which has been very responsive and proactive 24/7. Quick to resolve issues on our end.
Etta is very user-friendly and the user interface is very user-friendly and flexible to customize to meet user experience and needs.

I am able to use this Etta to book flights and Uber which are all inline with our organisation policy and terms. This makes our travel plan fast, secure and more convenient saving time and eliminate unnecessary operational cost.

For the the 3 years I have been using Etta, it's been a great user experience. I love I am able to manage and operate everything on my mobile app which is secure and convenient. The little challenges are perfectly resolved by the unparalleled support team easily.

Etta, is a great tool to plan and execute business travel while saving a lot of time and eliminating unnecessary costs.

**What do you like best about Deem?**

It's now 4 years since we started using Etta and it's been so nice to us.
It provides us with flights and hotel reservation options just in a single platform.
Booking flights tickets, hotels, cars is just a walk in the park, very easy, safe and fast.
It is a brilliant and incredible platform that helps professional people to travel with ease from their companies.
Etta is economical, not expensive compared to other alternatives.
I love how it speeds up the process of touring by avoiding unnecessary tasks.

I got zero downsides. Etta offers a very comfortable and affordable travel experience. I recommend it to everyone, both individuals and organizations.

Planning a trip through the Etta platform is simple; full features are available on the mobile application and through the browser; I can access it with any device. Reasonable prices, many options in choosing hotels, and the ability to change the flight and hotel schedule are easily possible.

It meets my expectations for business travel plans.  It's perfect and completely different from similar travel software. I didn't find any problem with this app.

Reducing costs is a significant concern for our business travel, and this platform has solved it. It is straightforward to choose a suitable hotel with a fair price near the place of business meetings and the ability to change the flight and hotel schedule.  Another exciting feature is taxi (uber) and car booking, which helps us too much, and we can do it through Etta app built-in features.

The most significant help of this platform is managing my expenses and coordinating reservations without stress.  Coordination and management of travel planning are done very quickly and intelligently. Travel planning and cost management are the essential parts of a business trip for companies; all these issues are simplified with Etta. There  user interface is simple and easy to work with; everything I need for travel is included on this platform.

It's easy to work with and has all the features I need.  So I can't say anything.  It's a Great travel app.

It has a mobile application that I can plan my business trip anywhere and anytime or edit things as I wish.  I am comfortable managing costs and choosing hotels and suites since 2020.  I can even drive Uber and rental cars service from here in the program.  We used to estimate the travel expenses, but now we know almost all the details.

My preferred booking method is Etta because it brings the information into a streamlined UI. It is easy to find my desired flights and my favorite feature are the rewards I receive for spending under my budget.

There is information I still have to fill out even after taking picture of receipts. Should have a warning if I put in the wrong city.

Expense report formulation is fairly straightforward and the submission/approval process is great. I personally love the travel options and being able to instantly find any flights, hotels/motels, etc within a short time.

**What do you like best about Deem?**

A trip when well planned, everything went well, and with Etta, things somehow improved, as he is an excellent travel manager. Best of all, you don't need to be a super user, it's straightforward to use, and its web and mobile versions are straightforward. Even controlling my expenses, I can follow up on Etta; there is no better feeling than feeling that you have everything under control and when you are using Etta for a trip, you have that feeling the notifications arrive right on time if in case you have other trips, in both versions, both in the web version and in the mobile version, both versions have a nice interface, the support is always ready to answer my questions, you can make reservations for flights and hotels in a straightforward and very reliable way. You get the best prices on flights, and that helps a lot.

**What do you dislike about Deem?**

Etta needs to list other expenses, taxi services, in a way I would like to have suggestions for simpler things, even for a work trip, knowing where to go for leisure and how much I can spend, she needs to have offers in addition to the Hotel and do Voo. However, it is good software, but navigation is still very slow; maybe they should render and make it less heavy so as not to slow down the system because sometimes this also affects the search speed.

Previously, my company incurred a lot of expenses because the trips were not well planned; Etta came to change that; today, whenever we have business trips, we have the options of the best flights and affordable prices and the best hotels. We can always reschedule a journey and do everything in a healthy and controlled way, so with Etta, we already know how much our company will have to spend, and we have a controlled budget.

The first thing that fascinates me in this application is the speed of action and simplicity in planning the trip. We are a real estate company, and Etta has been a software that has brought innovative results for our company and all kinds of business trips. One of the things I liked the most about Etta was:

- Etta has a wide variety of flights available to all kinds of destinations. In my case, I have used Etta to make trips within the United States. Etta provides me with a wide variety of travel tickets from various airlines; I have been able to choose the best options, the best classes, or the best choice for the ticket price.
- Etta has excellent synchronization with my employees. From the user panel, I can review the trips that my employees have scheduled. This function is incredible since it allowed us to know exactly the future trips of our employees; I can be alerted of which days an employee will not be present in the office due to travel reasons.
- The characteristics of all the trips are very detailed by SafetyCheck, providing details if the flight is safe and has all the security and hygiene measures.
- Etta offers a section where the user can compare travel tickets. It is normal to find various options for a destination; Etta allows you to select several options and make a comparison; this comparison shows in detail why one choice is better than another.

**What do you dislike about Deem?**

During my experience with Etta, only two problems arose, which somewhat limited the use of this platform; however, I do not consider that these issues affected my experience in an impactful way. They were minor problems that can optimize in Etta; my positive opinion of Etta still stands. These problems were:

- Etta's hotel reservations were not always so effective. When I purchased a ticket, this platform gave me the option to add a hotel reservation immediately; however, Etta did not update the availability of the reservations in real-time, which caused me to select some reservation options repeatedly, and I got a "reservation not available" message.
- The real-time flight monitoring function does not work correctly. Etta offers a section where I can see in real-time the course of the trip of one of my employees. But this does not work correctly; the App does not update in real-time the flight status of my employees. Sometimes, the App does not tell me the exact moment when an employee's flight has already reached its destination. With Etta, I can know the flight's status, but not in real-time.

We have been using Etta's service for about a year and a half. The results we obtained with this flight organization service were highly successful; in our company, we managed to have a much better order for flights. Many of our employees needed to make constant trips to buy and sell properties in other states. With Etta, we could carry out the planning of our employee's flights; we could buy the tickets at any time and make the payment through the App in a fast and straightforward way; in addition, the App sends constant reminders to keep alert those who will carry out the flight.

In our company, flights to other states are pretty common, and Etta was always there to help us organize the flights. I managed to fly to other states several times to carry out property negotiations; Etta allowed me to organize my trips at all times, organize departure and arrival dates and also organize trips for different days.

It was a very collaborative platform for our company; we stopped using it since currently, it is not so necessary to travel to other states since we have properties for sale in the state of Georgia.

It's easy to set up and use, so even a complete newbie doesn't need any help. User interest is kept high because of the app's excellent design and user interaction. If we need aid, the Deem Technical team is here for us.

My recommendation is to fix the Android version as soon as possible. Deem runs smoothly on iOS devices but regularly freezes or crashes on Android ones. As a result, the user experience would be enhanced.
