"Fast, Reliable Residential Proxies with Easy Setup and Flexible Geo-Targeting"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The residential proxies provide strong success rates and quick response times, even when I’m working with more challenging sites. The IP pool is large, and the geo-targeting options are flexible enough to cover most of my projects without much hassle. Setup was fast and straightforward, and the dashboard looks clean and intuitive. I was able to start getting productive right away, without dealing with a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I haven’t seen any errors in any of the products I’ve used so far, so none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stable, Fast Proxies That Streamline International Research"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Decodo has been very helpful for my international business research. The proxies are stable, fast, and easy to manage, which makes it simple to stay organized and keep everything running smoothly. It lets me check market information from different countries without interruptions, and the setup process is straightforward and hassle-free. Overall, it saves me a lot of time and helps me work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

There isn’t much to dislike. If I had to point out one thing, it’s that some of the more advanced features come with a bit of a learning curve for new users. A few more tutorials and stronger onboarding resources would make it even easier to get started and feel confident using everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decodo: Easy Setup, Clean Dashboard, and Stable Proxies with Helpful Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Decodo has been easy to set up and use from the beginning. The dashboard is clean and user-friendly, making proxy management straightforward even for users who are not highly technical. The proxy performance has been stable, with good connection speeds and consistent uptime. I also appreciate the wide range of locations available and the flexibility of different proxy types. Another strong point is their customer support, which has been responsive and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The main downside is that pricing can feel a bit expensive for smaller projects or users with limited bandwidth needs. Some advanced use cases could also benefit from more detailed documentation and configuration examples. Additionally, finding the best-performing IPs may require some testing depending on the specific project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth IP Rotation and Transparent Billing System"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I appreciate the wide range of residential IP pools offered by Decodo. The IP rotation function works smoothly for my data collection work, and the traffic billing rule is clear without hidden fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The cost of additional traffic packages is not very cost-effective, and the mobile dashboard function is relatively limited compared to the desktop version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High-Quality Proxy Pool and Flexible Browser Actions, Backed by Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The proxy pool quality and the flexibility of browser actions (click, wait, scroll). It makes scraping dynamic sites like Idealista much easier. Also, the support team responds quickly and helps fine-tune parameters for tough targets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

It struggles with heavily protected sites like Idealista, even with premium proxies and JS rendering enabled. Requests often time out or return 403 errors. Also, the ultra_premium mode is quite expensive for what it delivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent speed and convenient interface, but I expected an ISP proxy instead of a data center."
4/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I liked the website interface as well as the price, but there were questions about the quality because the proxies were from a data center, although I bought proxy IPs! However, speaking about the speed of work, the quality was top-notch. I also liked that it was easy to quickly add an anti-detect browser! The support was responsive when I wrote to them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I didn't like that I bought proxy IPs but received data center proxies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top-Notch ASN and IP Quality from Decode"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Their quality is top-notch! I’ve tried multiple IP providers, and this is my honest review: Decode really provides quality ASNs and IPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

One thing that isn’t a major issue, but more of a UX concern: when I wanted to buy more IPs, I got confused by the UI. It looked like I had to renew the subscription, even though my current IPs would stay the same. That part was a bit unclear and confusing for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Session Control for Long Working Sessions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Flexible Session Control. The ability to customize session duration (including setting it to 12 hours) gives you control that many other proxy providers don't offer. Great for long working sessions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Session Expiry Without Smooth Handover. When the 12-hour session expired, the proxy died completely rather than smoothly transitioning to a new IP. This caused a disruption to my work and logged me out of all my accounts. A smoother rotation or advance warning would be much better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Dedicated Support That Resolves Issues Quickly"
4/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I really like how fast their support is, and how they make sure your problem is solved before ending the conversation. They can also quickly provide you with a new IP if the previous one is faulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Sometimes, after buying the IPs, like in the 3-IP package, one of them might be bad. But whenever I contact support, they always replace it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Support, Solid UI, and Reliable IP Performance"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

They give good support, IP's works very well, the UI is good, the integrations seems to work fine, relation of pricing is acceptable, is not so expensive, didnt tried using it with AI cos I dont need it, but I think they give a good servicel... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I only had one issue: a single IP was down for the entire day. Aside from that, everything was fine, and it really wasn’t that bad overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
