Also, the setup process is pretty simple and straightforward, which saves time. **What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?** Sometimes there are connection drops, though it doesn't happen often. When it does, I usually just switch to a neighboring port of the current proxy and it works fine. Not a huge issue but worth mentioning. **What problems is Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me test how services work in different countries before traveling there, which is really convenient for planning. Also useful for checking regional availability of various websites and services. Basically gives me access to see the internet from different locations without actually being there. ### 47. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to track details such as usage and target websites. Additionally, the UI provides clear guidance on how to integrate the service into my program. **What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?** Based on the user interface, I’ve noticed that DECODO occasionally accesses websites that are not included in my program’s target list. I’m unable to determine why this usage is being attributed to my account, and the amount of usage is not insignificant. **What problems is Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) solving and how is that benefiting you?** The website I need to access seems to block cloud service IPs, so running my program locally isn't really an option.
