That's is not easy to found among the other competitors and believe me I went trough a lot of them. The UI is easy to use but it will take a little bit to understand the help pages specialy the location of them. I find that you can get exactly what you want - no more, no less. It ended up being cheaper than most proxy companies just because I didn't need much. It was a super quick payment, setup, and into the dashboard you go, obviously I'm more advanced, but I'd say less tech savvy users will find it pretty intuitive. **What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?** When they switched over to Decodo from SmartProxy, there were 2 weeks of outages - not little ones either. Their service would tank for DAYS at a time. It pissed me off so much, and lost me a ton of money, but my application was not easily switchable to another service provider, so I had to just tough it out. Eventually it was fixed, and has been smooth sailing, and hopefully will continue to be. Customer support is responsive at least, I never had to wait more than a minute, which is nice. But it's clear they're just following a script. They're also pretty tech savvy at least, so they knew what I was talking about when I had issues and didn't have to go running to the tech team. Unfortunately, my issues were their outages and it wasn't like the support team could snap their fingers and reroute the service to immediately fix my issues, so I was quite annoyed every time I got on with support, asking about the outage to only be met with "Yes, we're aware of the outage. Our maintenance staff is working around the clock to fix it. Unfortunately, that's all the updates I can provide." Yea, I get it. Can't really do much about it.
