Aside from their top-notch support that actually gets the job done and not create lengthy tickets, the services are great.

They offer a free trial which is really good and they are very flexible and also the refund policies and TOS is clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

They offer many services with several customizations and sometimes it gets hard for me to navigate but I think this is not a big deal as those customization are very saught after even if it's a bit intimidating to setup at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decodo: Easy to Use, Flexible Proxies, and Fast, Knowledgeable Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I like how easy Decodo is to use, especially the flexibility of selecting different countries and regions directly through the proxy username configuration. The large IP pool is another major advantage.

What stands out most to me, though, is their AI support agent. It is very knowledgeable about the service and has been able to answer almost all of my questions accurately. Whenever an issue goes beyond what the AI can handle, I have been connected to a real support agent very quickly, and my problems have consistently been resolved without much waiting. What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I haven’t encountered any significant issues or features that I’m dissatisfied with so far. Overall, my experience with Decodo has been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Reliable Proxies That Deliver Great Value"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

- Fast and reliable proxies with consistently good connection speeds.

- Easy to create and manage proxy endpoints from the dashboard.

- Setup is straightforward and the proxies are easy to integrate with different applications.

Overall, the service has been stable and reliable for my use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

One downside is that I have to reformat the proxies every time before I can use them. It would be much more convenient if Decodo offered more export format options, such as IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decodo: flexible plans, intuitive interface, and quick setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

What we like most about Decodo is that it offers affordable and flexible plans, with a very good quality-price ratio for our use case.

The interface is intuitive and easy to handle, even for users with little previous experience with this type of tool. Additionally, the integration was quick and simple, which allowed us to start working with the service almost immediately and with a minimal learning curve.

Although we have not yet tested the more advanced features, the experience so far has been positive. In particular, we value the ease of configuration, the stability of the service, and its competitive cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

For some more complex use cases, we have had to resort to another service provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Value SOCKS5 Proxies That Keep Me Unflagged"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Decodo is really good, and for the pricing it offers, I’d pick it any day. Its proxies are also SOCKS5, which is the best option in my opinion. So far, for what I’m using it for, I haven’t been flagged even while using the same device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

To be honest, the only thing I dislike isn’t even about the service but rather the interface to login and to track your proxies..maybe they could do a little better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decodo: Easy Setup, Beginner-Friendly Dashboard, and Impressive Proxy Performance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

My experience with Decodo has been excellent so far. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and genuinely beginner-friendly. Setup was smooth, the dashboard feels clean and intuitive, and the proxy performance has been impressive. The advanced request features and built-in tools also make large-scale scraping and automation much easier to manage. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed it. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for a dependable proxy and scraping solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The only thing I found missing is in the batch processing method. Right now, batch processing pushes each task response individually to the specified endpoint. Instead, it should send a single batch-level completion response and acknowledgement to one endpoint, confirming that all tasks in the batch have been completed. Later the user can fetch the response of each task seperatly. Also the passthrough feature of single task processing is not supported or working in the batch processing. The pricing can be a bit high, especially for larger-scale usage. Some advanced features could also be easier to configure for beginners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pay-as-You-Go Pricing That Fits Perfectly"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Definitely the pricing model of pay as you go. I love that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

To be honest, the interface is a little bit confusing at the beginning. For example, the proxy setup I still do not understand why they show multiple ports hehe. But, once you make it work, then there is no issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real carrier IPs for testing mobile billing flows"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Being able to pick not just the country but the actual mobile operator (by ASN). We test mobile billing landing pages in Kuwait and the UAE, and the advertiser's antifraud only accepts traffic from a real carrier IP. Before Decodo we just couldn't test those flows properly from the office. Sticky sessions hold the same IP long enough to finish a test, and setup on an Android phone via SOCKS5 worked fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The domain whitelist on mobile proxies was a surprise. Our own test domains were just rejected with a connection reset, and it took a support chat to understand they weren't "blocked", just not whitelisted yet, with a review that can take a couple of days. There's also no list of which operators/ASNs you actually have per country, so we find out by trial. When an operator's pool is small you sometimes get a different carrier in the same country, so we have to check the ASN every time. And the example in the dashboard (port 10001) ignored our country settings, which cost us some time at the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decodo: Best-in-Class Proxy Coverage, Stable Connections, and a Great AI Assistant"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Decodo offers the best proxy geographical coverage for my money (over 195 locations). The AI assistant makes it easy to set up my proxies, integrate them into my workflow, and get effective support 24/7. The UI is as good as it gets, and my connections stay stable without interruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

This is not a beginner’s solution. You need at least some technical understanding because it’s a powerful platform with a lot of options. If you’ve never used a tool like this before, it may take a few minutes to find your way around, but with the AI assistant, the onboarding process can be completed without any problems. It is not a cheap tools, but I find it to has the best ROI in its class Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
