"Great Proxy Quality with Responsive Support and Free First Replacements"
4/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Their proxies are great quality, and if you ever find that one doesn’t meet your needs due to a quality issue, support is always available to help. They also usually offer the first replacement for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The only issue I’ve found so far is that when I do a replacement, the IP I replaced gets moved to another port unless it’s the last port. This usually affects all the ports below the one you’re replacing, which creates a lot of problems. If any profile is on, the IPs can get mixed up, and as a result the accounts get mixed up and burned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decodo Delivers Reliable, Fast Proxies with an Intuitive Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

What I like best about Decodo is how reliable, fast, and easy to use the service is. The platform is very intuitive, the proxy network performs consistently well, and the setup process is straightforward even when working on more advanced projects. I also really appreciate the wide range of locations available and the overall stability of the connections. On top of that, their customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, Decodo offers a very polished and dependable service that makes proxy management much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

There’s honestly very little to dislike. If I had to mention something, I’d say the pricing can feel a bit high for smaller projects or occasional users. That said, considering the reliability, performance, and overall quality of the service, I think the value is still very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable US Residential IPs That Kept Our Operations Running"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The dashboard is clean and easy to read, and setup was quick. It fits easily into our own automation, and the statistics API lets us track our balance. Sticky sessions give each session a fast, clean US home IP, so pages load in seconds. Paying per GB keeps costs low. Support answered our API question quickly. The IP check returns the provider, city and time zone, so we can skip weak providers automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The usage statistics run 10–15 minutes behind, so it's hard to stop exactly at a budget. A few fresh IPs arrive already flagged by websites. Live usage numbers and an option to skip IPs already flagged by websites would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High success rate on e-commerce sites, but IP changes cost extra"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

We’ve been using Decodo’s residential proxies for about six months to monitor product prices on e-commerce websites. These sites can be very aggressive about blocking automated traffic, and price monitoring requires revisiting the same product pages repeatedly. Because of that, what matters most to us is simply whether our requests get through.

That’s where Decodo has performed best for our needs: our success rate has remained consistently high, and we rarely have to deal with gaps in our price data. The residential IPs also blend in like real shoppers, which is exactly what this kind of work depends on. Overall, the service has been stable enough over these six months that we now treat it as a dependable part of our data pipeline, rather than something we need to monitor every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The main drawback is that changing IPs comes at an extra cost. In price monitoring you sometimes need a fresh IP when one gets flagged or when you need a clean session for a particular site, and paying extra for that adds up over time. It makes costs harder to predict, and we've had to think twice about when it's worth switching rather than just doing it whenever it would help. I'd like to see some IP changes included in the base plan, or more flexible pricing for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Proxy Service"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

What I like most about Decodo is how reliable and high-performing its proxy network is. The connection speed stays consistently strong, the IP pool is large, and the platform is straightforward to manage. I also appreciate the clean, easy-to-navigate dashboard, the helpful documentation, and the responsive customer support whenever I need assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Overall, Decodo offers excellent value compared with many other proxy providers. Their datacenter proxies are reliable and fast, and they perform very well across most use cases. The main area for improvement is the 1,000 GB bandwidth limit; providing more bandwidth at the same price would make an already strong service even more competitive and worthwhile. "Easy Proxy Setup, Clear Dashboard, and Smooth AI-Guided Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I really like how easy it is to set up and manage proxies on Decodo. The dashboard is clear and makes monitoring usage simple. Integration into my existing workflow is straightforward, and reliable connections mean I spend less time troubleshooting and more time getting work done. From a pricing and ROI perspective, that time saving adds value. Onboarding was easy, but at a first-time proxy user, I needed a little guidance to get started. The AI chatbot was perfect for answering my questions and helping me get set up, making the whole process much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I'd love more flexibility to customise the format of the generated proxy lists. I've had to reformat them to work with my other tools, which adds an extra step. Being able to output the format directly in Decodo would save time and make integrations easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High-Speed & Reliable Proxies for Scraping"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

What stands out most about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) is its exceptional speed, high reliability, and massive pool of high-quality IPs. Integration with web scraping frameworks and automated tools like Node.js and Puppeteer is completely seamless. The success rate for data extraction tasks is consistently high with zero blockages. Additionally, the dashboard is clean, session management (both rotating and sticky IPs) is straightforward, and the geo-targeting accuracy is top-notch. Overall, it delivers unbeatable performance and excellent value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

What I find slightly challenging about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) is the metered pay-per-GB pricing structure for residential proxies, which can add up during high-volume web scraping tasks. Additionally, unused bandwidth doesn't roll over to the following month, so you need to carefully estimate your data needs in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Knowing that there is always someone willing to help gives me a lot of confidence when using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I think the interface and initial setup could be a bit more intuitive for new users. Even so, customer support makes up for this by responding quickly and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Easy-to-Use Residential Proxies with a Clear Dashboard and Great Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

What I like best about Decodo is the reliability and ease of use of its residential and static residential proxies. The connection quality is stable, the IPs work well for different use cases, and the setup process is straightforward. I also appreciate the clear dashboard, flexible proxy management, and responsive customer support.dynamic proxy(Residential) and home proxy(Static Residential) The integration process was straightforward and well documented. We were able to configure Decodo’s residential and static residential proxies quickly using the provided credentials and endpoint details. The proxies worked smoothly with our existing tools, and only minimal adjustments were required. Overall, the setup was simple, stable, and easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The main drawback is that performance can occasionally vary depending on the location and time of use. Some IPs may be slower or require rotation before finding the best connection. I would also appreciate more detailed usage analytics and clearer pricing information for different proxy types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Work Easier with Helpful Support, Great Accessibility, and Fair Pricing"
4/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

It has actually helped in a lot in working and making things easier. I once had a payment issue and I reached out to the support and they also helped me out. I do sincerely love it and also the accessibility of the platform is goof, as is the pricing too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

What I dislike is the fact that one can only buy 3 IPs just once and cannot buy more and only a higher package like 10 IPs and from that, also more again, which is not a good one for me. What if I only do want just 1 IP, 2 IPs or even just 4 IPs alone? So the unchangeable number of Ips one can buy on the platform, I do dislike it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
