## About DecisionVault
DecisionVault is an intake portal solution for estate planning attorneys. With DecisionVault, the attorney (or their staff) is no longer forced to re-type client contact & asset information into several systems. The client works through the questionnaire at their own pace, entering information about themselves, their children, and other relatives, answering additional questions and filling in the inventory of assets. Then, the attorney can export the information in a couple of different ways, and sync over the contacts in full detail to their Case Management tool or Draft Platform at the touch of a button.

**What do you like best about DecisionVault?**

Nothing so far since it is not working for us

**What do you dislike about DecisionVault?**

It is not working for my clients.  Paid for a program that has not worked.  Stopped using it during the initial trial period, but they still charged us for an entire year!

**What problems is DecisionVault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have not helped us.  It has been easy to get a hold of them.

**What do you like best about DecisionVault?**

Using the sync options, DV eliminates the need for me to manually enter each contact and their information.  It also puts the onus on the client for proper spelling.

**What do you dislike about DecisionVault?**

I don't use any of the tabs behind "contacts" and "documents".   I don't know enough about how to use them to relay instructions to the client.

**What problems is DecisionVault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is reassuring to our clients that they are entering their personal information into a secure portal.  Also, proper legal names being entered.

**What do you like best about DecisionVault?**

How direct it is. It captures excellent information needed to draft clients' documents. The asset portion is fantastic too. It integrates with WealthCousnsel and is easy to prepare documents

**What do you dislike about DecisionVault?**

I don't have anything I dislike at the moment. I wish it could make clients use capitalization. Sometimes the clients' put their names in all lower cases, which drives me insane.

**What problems is DecisionVault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Don't have any problems at the moment. However, the issues our company did have, Decision Vault took care of it asap. They were eager to jump on a zoom call with us.
