Clients enter every person their estate plan will touch and every asset they own in one online questionnaire; whether on a mobile device or on laptop. What do you like best about DecisionVault?

Using the sync options, DV eliminates the need for me to manually enter each contact and their information. It also puts the onus on the client for proper spelling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DecisionVault?

I don't use any of the tabs behind "contacts" and "documents". I don't know enough about how to use them to relay instructions to the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How direct it is. It captures excellent information needed to draft clients' documents. The asset portion is fantastic too. It integrates with WealthCousnsel and is easy to prepare documents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DecisionVault?

I don't have anything I dislike at the moment. I wish it could make clients use capitalization. Sometimes the clients' put their names in all lower cases, which drives me insane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
